I was happy that Nail Spa One could take me at the time that I requested. The service was very good. Both nail technicians were careful to do a great job with the manicure and pedicure services. Unfortunately, I have decided to not patronize the business again due to the deceptive manner of the team. The price that I was eventually charged for a manicure with shellac/pedicure was about $8 over the printed menu price. $8 is not a large amount in the grand scheme of things; however, the deception is extremely bothersome. I was later told that the technician provided higher level (including parrafin, etc.) manicure service to me. I was offered an apology for the technician's failure to clarify the type of manicure that I wanted. I will not leave a service oriented business without tipping, but I have no intentions of patronizing a business that I recognize as being intentionally deceptive.

Kim is one the best nail techs around. She’s really good at shaping, knows how to evenly lay that acrylic and listens to what the customer ask for. She’s very professional and ALWAYS does an amazing job on my nails and feet. She grew my natural nail out pretty and healthy. Highly recommend Kim

In pain after a pedicure ingrown nail was infected and ended up having to go to the podiologist to have procedure. I am now expected to pay for something they caused. First and last time going there. Please be careful and also go or call them because apparently we have to go to the place that cause the problem to try to get it fixed before we seek a specialist!!!!!!!!Service: Pedicure

My sister and I took my father out for a daddy daughter's day. So he got a mani/pedi and was in heaven. It was his first time at a nail salon because he keeps up with himself and my beautiful mother typically does his mani/pedi. We had an appointment and they started right as we walked in the door. My handsome 78 year old father who looks younger men my age walking around looking like they choices and decisions. Anywho my father has beautiful feet. Mrs.Cindy compliments him and says out loud, wow your feet are so soft and that he had baby feet and they were already smooth so she didn't have much to do. I couldn't do nothing but ? lol. But the service and hospitality was impeccable. They truly put their heart and souls into their God-given talents. Loved everything about Saturday's experience. Thank you Nail Spa One, you're definitely #1 in my book.

Ladies, read the reviews. This is why it’s so important to read reviews beforehand. I called to get my nails removed because I wanted to rest my nails for a few months. The nail tech used a FAKE NAIL to remove my nails and it hurts A LOT. She was rushing and rude. I’ve never experienced this before at any nail salon. Every time I go get my nails removed, they usually used the foil and acetone but this location didn’t. They damaged my real nails. And what’s up with the attitude? I was even gonna try this location since I’m not far from them. I don’t recommend at all! ?

Hasn't even been a full 24 hours since I've gotten these done I woke up in the morning and about 3 nails off !! for it being 80$ and when they was doing my pedicure it wasn't giving. Im annoyed feel like I gotten scammed and they cannot give refunds for wtv reason so now I'm taking the time out of my day to come and they still have me waiting giving no attention like I'm just here. Smh
