No one returns your calls to even try to get appointment. We had to call Humble Police department to even get return call. Communication is very important in your business. I worked with the media and I feel for your customers who are struggling to pay bills. I see you are not accredited with the BBB.

The absolute worse customer service, or whoever the woman who works for the call center for this company is extremely rude! If you ask any questions she speaks over you and doesnt answer your questions. She gave us an appointment time to pick up our vehicle and when the appointed time comes she called us and rudely tell you they pushed the time back to get your vehicle .So we've been here an hour waiting to get our vehicle like there's nothing else we could've been doing. For this to be a business youd think they have better businessacumen. Absolutely avoid this company of possible.

I was in a wreck. My car was towed to this facility. Once I received notice of my car’s location, I called to find out what to do next. The lady on the phone was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I’ve never been in a wreck, so I was asking questions of how this process works and why I was being charged certain fees. Rather than doing her job, and explaining to me, the woman on the phone told me I need to stop accusing her of things and that she doesn’t need to talk to me if I’m going to be “disrespectful by throwing all these accusations at her”… I literally was just asking where certain charges were coming from and what I needed to do next. I apologized to her for if I had offended her and reassured her I was not accusing her of anything and I just needed a few answers. I asked for her name so I didn’t have to keep calling her ma’am when she was talking over me. She refused to give me her name and told me she’s not in the customer service business and that “she don’t have to be nice”. I literally just wanted to know what to do with my car. Very rude lady on the phone.
