Great experience. Easy straight forward process, great communication, great rate, great service. Would recommend to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage loan. Our loan officer Debbie worked hard to get us closed on time, despite challenges and delays due to the great Texas ice storm of 2021.

This company is very deceptive. I tried refinancing my home and they assured me and my husband it could be done knowing our circumstances. I gave them $600 for their services and paid the title company $100 for a statement from our HOA. After 45+ days of them not answering our calls and not returning any calls they finally told us we were going to be closing soon. A few days later, they let us know that we could not refinance and they would not return our money even though they could not provide the service they claimed they could have in the beginning. Anyone thinking of using this company should think twice about giving them money before their service is complete.

Extremely deceptive. They promised me a rate of 2.8%. Then they charged me nearly $1,000. After I paid them, they did not return my calls for 2 weeks. I had to physically go into the office multiple times to even speak with someone.

Paula Griffin a loan officer for this mortgage buisness whom took over my loan in Nov of 2019 . I Fabiola Nava provided all documents and allowed Mrs. Griffin to guide me through my loan process. not knowing that I was just being miss led by Paula Griffin , she provided a pre approval letters for a property that I made an offer in Jan 2020. and investing $490 for an inspection..due to a bad inpection results decided not to move forward.In March 2020 l found a home again provided a pre approval for the purchase and a loan certificate. letter to my agent Cody Mcmilan , that he would provide to the sellers agent and we proceeded with investing $1,480 earnest money, $ 380 inpection, $400 survey and $510. appraisal she personally ordered . a closing date was issued June 30th and my agent and the sellers agent went step by step nedded for the closing. On June 16 I went into the office to follow up with Paula Griffin going over all paperwork ready for a closing , and to find out at that moment that I did not qualify for a loan. becouse she never took the time to really work on my loan. review and research what was in front of her. All along she had all my personal information .My paper work went from dept to dept at Mortgage Financial Services and Paula Griffin. failed to do her job, she had me, a single mother whom invested her hard earned money for a home, and all I got was an ( I am Sorry, I cant help you) .I told her really after all my effort , time and all my money you had me invest for this hone purchase , I get an _I'm Sorry) . Paula Griffin is a licensed professional and she failed to do her job, she mis led me and I trusted her , I never had a loan...not in Nov 2019 and not in June 2020...Paula Griffin miss led me and I trusted her with my time and my $2,780 invested for this puchase. Today July 9 2020., I have not recieved an apology letter, nor an explanation from Mortgage Financial Services. With all this being said, if you are considering the help of Mortgage Financial Services research and don't invest your money towards a loan that probably doesn't exist.

Bob was great to work with! He was fully informed and always up to date on the most current market details (I mean like hour-by-hour changes in markets even!). He is good at explaining complex details in an easy-to-understand manner, which gave us full confidence in making the final decisions. He laid out all the options for us and gave all the advice we wanted on each, yet allowed us as the clients to make the final decisions without any pressure. The process was very simple and seamless all the way through closing.

Paula Griffin surpassed every expectation I had as a first time home owner. Showed more care and attention that I feel like my personal bank, another lending agency, etc. could. A genuine, honest, and caring woman who not only goes out of her way to make things as simple as possible for you, but also, will walk you through and explain every step in detailed (understanding ways) as a first time homeowner, she was my teammate, working hair tail off with my time-line. I can't recommend enough.
