I made an appointment to open an ira at this branch about one month in advance. When I arrived to the appointment, I was informed that the representative with whom I was to meet had been out sick for some time. They provided the address of another location to drive to. In the 4 weeks before my appointment, I never received any notification that he would be unavailable and that I'd have to go to a different location. When I communicated to the agent helping that I would have appreciated some kind of notice, she gave a mumbly mouthed, halfhearted and reluctant apology and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her for the call out. When you're in the wrong, own it and apologize with sincerity. Your patron's time is valuable and it's basic customer service to show that you respect it.

The Lobby is only open until 4 pm. M-Thursday. Friday until 6. So if you need the lobby after work. This is not the best option. That seems to be standard lobby banking hours for this bank. But they are always helpful.

I enjoy this Bank of America. They are friendly and always have a smile. The lines move at a very fast pace.

This location has rude tellers & a rude branch manger. Tried to make a change order for $100 worth of quarters & $200 for in $5 and they refuse. They don't care about customers period. As I told them it doesn't matter what I do with the money if its for business or personal use. They just want to charge you a fee, even the manager didn't know how much it was.
