This is literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. I'll start with the fact that if you specify you need a brand name in a medication, they will still continuously fill the generic because no one is paying attention to your file. I do not understand if it is just this CVS, or if it is whatever system CVS uses, because this used to never happen at the previous location I went to, but I have multiple medications and can NEVER seem to get them all filled on the same day. IT MAKES THE MOST SENSE TO COMPLETE ONE FULL CUSTOMER ORDER AT A TIME. There have been times where I'd wait till every one was filled and when I'd go to pick up some of them would have already been put back again. I have currently been waiting 5 days for my prescriptions that were all called in on one day. I have 5 of 7 prescriptions that are on autofill, and of those 5, 3 of them were not being refilled. One had even been marked as filled in the app but wasn't ready in store, and was never marked as ready for pick up or anything in the app. All of this leading to my last experience in store has me switching pharmacies. I went in to drop my prescription off on Tuesday at 1, was told they go to lunch soon so it would be ready at 2, went in after 2 and it still wasn't ready. The girl at the counter wouldn't even go talk to the pharmacist or ask anyone. Went in the next day around 4-5 pm and the prescription was STILL not ready. When asked on a time I was told "maybe around 30 minutes," and was then told that nobody took a birthdate on the prescription when it was dropped off. You couldn't call? Or look in my file since I've been going to this specific location since the Main St location was closed down?After I pick up my prescriptions I will be switching pharmacies and will never be coming back. I never thought getting my meds could ever be this stressful.

I tried to get information on a prescription on a prescription that was in question and I got nothing but rude. I was on hold for twenty minutes before the problem was resolved. I needed to know what was being filled. Is this a difficult question? You would of though it was. Come to find out they were filling the same prescription twice. You get no acknowledgement when you stand in line for 10 minutes and you have 5 employees sitting in the back. I have encountered rude, incompetent and very unprofessional. I get incorrect text messages and have to waste my time calling to find out why there is a problem when there is no problem. I have only changed over to CVS for three weeks and I have had too many problems. You may have changed locations but your service remains as bas as ever. It starts at the top.

Horrible service. I sat in the drive-thru to pick up a prescription and was in line for 15 minutes. I had to come inside and not the friendliest of staff members. Also, the inside of the store was not clean at all. Please get it together. I'll just need to seek another pharmacist.

Why is it always an issue with this store answering the phone? I can never get them to pick up when I have a question about my prescriptions. Very frustrating!

I went around 4:40ish today through the Pharmacy drive thru and the lady serving me was just rude, unprofessional and no help whatsoever. Why go to school for a career field you don't even enjoy being in? It's sad the people we have to deal with, already having to deal with so much at home... this world is just sad now

I prebooked 2 pcr tests a week in advance for travel purposes, arrived on time, in the proper place, and was told after an hour wait that they were unable to honor our appointments. They suggested I rebook for the next day, while the staff was aware that there were no available appointments before a 5 day delay. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. This has caused a lot of problems with our travel reservations. Pay extra for a professional testing center. Don't depend on CVS for your travel needs because the staff is very unconcerned and unprofessional, and doesn't respect existing minute clinic appointments!

Normally I go to Walgreens (WHICH I OBVIOUSLY PREFER) Unfortunately, my insurance only covers prescriptions through CVS so here I am. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to pick up my prescription, there is an issue. First off, they never tell me when it's ready. I have to call to see when it's ready. And when I call and find out it's ready, I go to pick it up just for them to say ITS NOT READY! like why!! The last time I called to refill my prescription and came to pick it up, they said it got returned to stock because "it's been sitting there for 14 days" when I literally called it in 9 hours prior. I firmly said I need my prescription and they said they couldn't fill it because they were busy and I have to come back tomorrow. If I could give this CVS pharmacy no stars, I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A WASTE OF SPACE.

The kindness and compassion that has been shown to me about my family by the pharmacy staff member Tanesha cannot be overstated. I was sobbing into the phone to this woman about the state of my life and my fears for my my family members took the time to show me unending kindness and empathy when she could have just gone about her day. I'll never be able to thank her enough. Thank you Tanesha and thank you, CVS in Humble on 1960.

Worst customer service ever!! They don't answer phone and wait time in store is just as bad! If you are so busy hire more help, not happy that the CVS near me closed down. Will definitely be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere

If your calling about your medication you might as well go ER or call your doctor. I was on hold for 20mins called at the same time from another phone and still no one answer and it was only 7pm on a Wednesday when they close at 9pm. So disappointed

CVS closed one pharmacy in the area and now this place is overloaded and management doesn't care that you're on hold for more than hour and still no one answers. Forget about trying to use the drive thru, you will be there for a very long time. Avoid this pharmacy.
