This was the worst car wash ever! I paid almost $50 (tip included). They left dog hair when vacuuming as well as food that had fallen from my young son. The inside was "dusted" according to the manager. He didn't look concerned at all. He said they don't wipe anything down, it's just a light dust. If I had known this, I wouldn't have gone there. Now, I know why there was no one there! Mister Car Wash used to the best around, now it's the worst!!

Worst service left with a 5 minute job only thing done inside was my front seat and left with a scrape on my brand new hood crappy service and crappy customer service for $38 and they was asking for a tip upfront what a joke

I had a fantastic experience at Mister Car Wash on 1960 near IAH! The team there did an amazing job on my car – it's sparkling clean inside and out. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I appreciate the attention to detail, and it's evident they take pride in their work. Do not waste your money here, you are better off cleaning your car yourself and get a better result. I paid for the “platinum” service and the inside was not properly cleaned . It was still dirty. They dont wash your floor mats, they dont wipe your seats, the platinum package includes “dash conditioner” and it seems like nothing was applied. Worst car wash place ever, good reviews might be fake.

Always friendly and a good value for the money. We like the monthly plan and do the least expensive one. Have used since 2017 with no problems.

Well.. we pulled up and they give you the run down, prices and what it covers, so we chose the do it all!! when they was finished my truck was still dirty in places, I went home and finished detailing my truck!! I won't be wasting my money there again.

Overpriced for the service provided. Charges additional for washing off rubber mats, which is ridiculous. They let my car sit in the sun too long resulting in water spots. I paid for interior service but had to ask for a towel to wipe the areas inside, which they failed to. I wish l could get my tip back that I left in advance of the service. I will never visit here again.

I just wanted the interior cleaned and had to pay $28 for it. Didn't wipe down the inside. Vacuumed the entire car in 5 minutes and sent me on my way. By far the worst car detail I've ever had

Great location with a hardworking staff. Management is wonderful and stays on top of everything. The CSAs are warm and welcoming. The vacuum and detail crew are top notch. Will continue to use this location.

$28 for basic wash. Mister car wash lost they mind. I can go to hand car wash for that price. Come on that’s highway robbery. On top of the $28 BASIC car wash you have to tell them they miss spots. Good luck staying in business with this prices. The nerve of them. $28 to go through a automatic machine and the folks who waiting to wipe your car down does not do a great job. Welcome to America

I'd give ZERO stars if I could! Been coming here for years and my late father's limousine service used this wash as well in the 1980's, I stopped in only because I was nearby and I am elderly and no longer physically capable of washing and cleaning my auto myself due to LUPUS.I paid $46.00 total with tip for a simple size KIA optima and what a big fat rip off! Lazy workers wiping or rather, not wiping after it is washed.The inside was still dusty and dirty. They didn't clean around the car door's lower and upper door panel when open, one portable plastic ashtray inside wasn't emptied, they didn't clean my back glass inside or out. AND the wheels had dirt on them. I asked for fragrance and didn't get that.The workers walk around like they're extra for the TV series THE WALKING DEAD and all seem to be physically capable. RIDICULOUS."MCW" was once a great wash, now it's overpriced and below standard, with seemingly non-caring employee's who need re-training. Houston has many car washes to choose from. I WILL NOT be returning to MR. CARWASH.

I run a fleet of vehicles and I have 10 vehicles using the carwash service. While they are very convenient, I struggle with the business losing my vehicles in their system at least 2x a month. They cannot locate the account (tag on the vehicle) in their systems. I track these tag numbers via a spreadsheet per vehicle. Next I am unable to access my online profile. I hit the "forgot password" button so that I can get a reset code. I never get the email. I check all spam folders etc. Nothing. Soooo... I wait on the customer phone line for an hour. And when I finally get a rep, she can't really help me except to put in a ticket to IT, who is supposed to call me back. Never got a call. It's been 2 months now and I can't expense my expenses because I can't get receipts which are on my profile. I even emailed them. No response. First chance I get to get inside they are going to be cancelled. I don't know how they stay in business. They certainly do not value customer service. As of this very moment I am on hold with customer service and it's been over 30 minutes. I recommend that you run from this company and spend your money somewhere else. Run!

Gave this place a second chance and what disappointment. Never again! Paid extra for mats to find out they only get watered. These pics are after it was washed and clean

Up to 3x's daily? Who does that? And for only $33.00 a month for the Top tier exterior deal? Can't beat it anywhere for the quality and ease of use, juat pull in and druve thru! Vacuums are FREE also!!

Wash job is ok could be better at getting bugs off. I do have the paid membership, the tire shine lacks in tire shine. 55.5% of the time it doesn’t put any tire shine on and very little and sucks at cleaning the wheels. Because of this and because I have to bring it home and redo the tires/wheels with shining them up. I give 2 stars.
