My brother in law came here with a 102 fever looking for some help in diagnosis for his respiratory infection. He was on time but sitting on the wrong side. When he went up they cancelled his appointment and claimed they had been yelling his name for over 5 minutes and said he was late. The lady was rude and slammed the door behind her. Now he is having to go to another clinic to find help. HORRIBLE HATEFUL SERVICE. That NP needs to learn why she does her job because that is not appropriate behavior! she could have still taken him in to his appointment and still not be behind in her schedule. She needs to learn how to time manage and not cancel patients when they were there the whole time but couldn’t hear her.

Fast and easy check-in, was seen at exactly my appointment time, so no waiting.

The prescription never was sent to the pharmacy, the in house pharmacy wouldn't just take 5 steps to see where the prescription was. Overall terrible customer service.

This is the worst place to get your med treatment. The website is unreliable and the staff is quite disrespectful and has no manners for their patients. Will not be coming here again.

I really should have read reviews before scheduling. Do NOT schedule your appointment here. I can admit we were late (10mins) but there was NO ONE waiting and she comes out to tell us we have to reschedule. My 6 year old is sick you have no one waiting and you can’t see him? I’m sorry work ran over and I made my son late and they can’t find 10 minutes to run a few test on him. I even called corporate and they said they do NOT offer ANY grace periods. This CVS is trash. We use minute clinic all the time..even been walk in patients. Never had any problems. Customer service does not exist anymore and the “nurse” could care less she turned him away. She wanted to go sit back on her butt! Trust the reviews.

Appointment was at 9:20 am we left at 11:13am. 2 hrs! For an ear infection and being prescribed ear drops that was over the counter athletes foot cream! I should've believed/ listened to the other reviews..

Totally unreliable. Tried to schedule a vaccine twice with them and fell through both times. You're better off finding a good primary care provider and relying on them for your health needs.

I needed to have my prescriptions transferred to this CVS because the CVS I was using at 20030 West Lake Houston Pkwy was causing me so much grief. Joanne the pharmacy tech and Damien the pharmacist made my transfer seamless. Not only did they provide impeccable customer service they renewed my faith in CVS. Damien answered my questions and was compassionate to my situation. Joanne was the epitome of excellent service as well, by helping me get my meds transferred and ordered. I know what great customer service looks and sounds like and these two CVS employees are the example. I'm a world where good service is hard to come by, you can count on finding it here.

Yesterday was the worst I've ever been treated by an individual in the medical field!! Yesterday was my 2nd encounter with Morgan the nurse/ lady checking me in. 4 weeks ago I came in with my husband and we were 5 mins late. She told me I couldn't be seen because they had a people waiting behind me. I told her I was sorry and explained why I was 5 minutes late to which she said I'd have to reschedule or go to a different location the went in her room and shut the door. While talking my husband rescheduled me for 2 mins later so I knocked on the door and told her we rescheduled for the next appointment in 2 mins. She rolled her eyes and sighed followed by saying fine and shut the door. Then shortly after opened the door and said come in- and wasn't nice about it. I walked in and noticed another lyady who I found out was training. Morgan asked for my id and snatched it out of my hand then asked what was wrong me. I tried tell her my symptoms and she dismissed me telling me I probably was ok. I told her I wanted a Covid test, flu test and step to rule out the possibilities- she did the Covid test and refused the flu test because I didn't have fever so she said it wasn't that. Then when the Covid tests came back negative- she said as expected. As she continued she got more belittling and rude to the point I lost my patience for her and shut down not wanting to interact with her anymore and hoping to just go see the Next nurse/ dr. Yesterday I went back in because while some of my symptoms had passed I still had lingering issues with a horrible cough, thick mucus, headaches and etc. Sadly Morgan was there to check me in. My daughter and I entered the room and she said so what's wrong? I told her I was in here 4 weeks ago and I feel like maybe I did have Covid or something because while the meds did helped some they didn't get rid of a lot. I know from past experience sometimes Covid test can error and it is not a bad thing - it happens. She took or snatched my id again which my daughter saw and proceeded to tell me the Covid test was correct. I tried telling her the lingering symptoms I have had for a month now and she said I should go to an urgent care. I told her I had seen that Kelly was here and wanted do see her. She asked if I knew Kelly personally and I told her no we just always felt a little better after seeing her. She said hold on - walked out and returned a bit later saying Kelly will see you now as she grinned ( which was odd). My daughter and I walked to Kelly's room where she told me to sit in the red chair then jerked off her masked and asked why I was being rude to her nurse! In shock I said I wasn't the one being rude she was and tried to explain what had happened to which she then put her mask back on and continued to speak to me in an aggressive manner and told me she didn't have time for this and would see me. She wrote down the last 2 meds I was given 4 wks ago and told me I should leave and she couldn't help me! She said their meds were not wrong - I told her I never said they were I said to Morgan they didn't take care of everything. Kelly then went to the door open it and said GO!!! My daughter and I got up walked out and then she aggressively shit the door behind us! My daughter even jumped and then asked why are these ladies so mean? I told her sometimes people have bad days and sometimes people are just not kind. They're not kind! I have never been treated like this by someone in the health care industry- dismissed, belittled, spoken down to, things snatched from my hand, and kicked out! It hateful, disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional! I did go to an urgent care afterwards to which they had to do 2 breathing treatments on me, did chest X-rays, gave me coughing meds to take while there, and ran a panel of test. They said I was on the cuffs of bronchitis and they could tell I definitely had something earlier and this was lingering. I was given several antibiotics and an inhaler. I'm glad I went to the urgent care beca

Make your appt and you will be seen at that time. Checking in was easy and the area is very clean. The nurses were kind and awesome! I went in for a strep test and got my results shortly after. They bill as a doctors office! You can’t beat that vs urgent care. I guilt recommend this place!

I am speaking specifically about the pharmacy. This is the absolutely worst location I have been. When calling, I am left of hold never to be returned to. They say they can't pull prescriptions from other CVS pharmacies which is not the truth. The other pharmacy is so tired of their laziness. Attitudes in person have ranged from pleasant and very rude. My review might seem harsh, but the front of Kingwood location is just SO wonderful. They have got to step up with their awesome central location.

I scheduled an appoint at the Minute clinic for 4pm CST. I arrived at 4:14pm (due to traffic) I attempted to check in using the kiosk, and received an automated message that my appoint was cancelled. I spoke to the intake nurse, and explained what happened, and she rudely stated " your appointment is cancelled, and its nothing we can do, you have to come another time." I explained to the nurse the reason for my delay and that I was not made aware and was not aware that my appt. had been cancelled (I received no phone call, email, or text). However, the intake nurse grew inpatient with my inquiry and stated she will get the Nurse Practitioner. The NP immediately stormed out of the closed room, with a pamphlet in hand, in which she circle the complaint line, without even hearing my complaint or medical needs. The NP was also very rude, and stated "her time is valuable" and we need to take it up with legal. The NP hastily returned back to her office, and slammed the door. I received no reasonable service and no recommendations to meet my medical needs, Instead, I only received a pamphlet and a boot out of the door!

Im usually never sick, but i made an appointment because I could barely get out of bed so I went in, did covid and flu test. Both were negative, said they didn't know what I have. I knew something was wrong because I just didn't feel right. They sent me home with just nausea medicine. Called the next day because I felt worse and was wanting some type of medicine like antibiotics. Said that with my diagnosis they couldn't send medication. What diagnosis? When yall literally said yall didn't know what was wrong with me. They told me to just go to er. So I went to er and I got antibiotics. Waste of fukkin time CVS minute clinic . ?

I came in for stamps and the cashier was busy so me and the person behind me were simply waiting. I believe the manger or supervisor names Zee told both of us we can use self checkout which was rude because we both had questions that required a person. When he did finally get to me he had no care for customer service I work for Kroger so expected at least a hello he simply asked if I wanted one book or more. It was overall fine but the comment on self check out as well as the lack of customer service left me surprised.
