I used to really like this location.Helpful and knowledgeable sales people, not trying to make a quick buck.On two occasions this year up charged and oversold.Tried using the insurance for replacement phone and was charged $131 instead of the $60 deductible.I will no longer visit this location.Please call Metro PCs customer service first before any transaction (611).This is how I found out that I was taken advantage of.

Lily the store manager is the best here at this location. Every time I go this store she always provides me with excellent customer service and resolve issues that I have. She’s very pleasant and takes care of her customers. Kudos to her!!!!!!!!

I loved loved loved the service here. I have had terrible experiences at other stores and get so confused with technology, but Liliana was very helpful and patient! Even though she was unfortunately there by herself (which should never be done) her customer service was exceptional. I willl be returning to this store, but only if she’s there LOL.

I have loyalty cards for paying your bill. Pay 3 times consecutively and receive $15 credit. I went to redeem and dude named Sam wouldn't honor this and refused to allow me to use my credit. Mind you, I've been a loyal customer for 4-5 years and have even TIPPED him with money and this is the thanks i get. Smh. Complete disappointment.

Just left metro PCS to get a new phone screen cover. The lady that work's there charged me $16 when i know they are $10 elsewhere. So i assume they over charging people. Or this particular store is expensive, if COVID is making people up there prices then we are in more trouble then we think. I'll never shop there again.
