Every time I come in here it’s always someone new each month and then they can never fix the issue they caused in store which messed my phone plan and bill every month my phone bill goes up bec of what they did I just want my bill to stay the same

They will tell you they have certain "Charges" they have to include into your total when trying to get a new line/phone.But are really just scamming you to pocket the difference.The online "Bring your phone in" gives a set price. These guys won't honor that price and say it's "online prices not in store" even though it clearly states on the website to bring in your device for this set price.Avoid this store if possible. They're scammers.I went to a different location and they honored the online prices all the way.

These characters want you to leave the store with a new phone no matter the reason for your visit! Don't be fooled, nothing is free. If you don't fall for his trap. They get angry and don't treat you as you deserve, with respect!

CROOKS!!! My wife went to add her sister to our plan. She paid $77 for activation and everything was fine. 24hrs later all our lines disconnected and our balance showed $26 due now. Our due date wasn't until 2 weeks. I called customer service and it was showing we only paid $30. That same day my sister in law got a notification of someone trying to log into her bank account. Metro customer service took care of everything. The line service and customer service are great. The one star is for the crooks running this store!!!

I went to get an upgrade on my phone, needless to say I walked out after 10 minutes! I was looking at the phones and something caught my eye. I look up and the young lady working there was taking my picture! Weird! I don’t know maybe they thought I was going to steal from them! My whole vibe went from 0 to 10! I felt so uncomfortable and told them never mind and as I walked out the young man was calling me back trying to make a sale? No thanks won’t be returning to this location!!!!!

Abdul went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were taken care of. This store is far off from my normal path but 8 will continue to take care of business here just because of Abdul!

Not terrible, this place is shameful. Last month I went to add 2 lines to my plan, I had the two phones I used, and just for adding them they charged me 156 USD that was never broken down to me. A week later I receive a message that I had a debt of 39 USD more. When I call Metro they tell me that they were charging me insurance for the phone numbers that I added to the plan; I'm sure I never asked for it nor was they asked me, plus another fee that I never understood. In this place they told me that for 3 lines in the plan it would be 90 USD per month, now I have a bill of 110 USD, I have been calling them all afternoon and they do not answer the phone. It is a scam in the face of the customer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! AK was not very helpful. There was a "mistake" made on his part and when we went back to try and fix the situation he did not want to own up to it. He acted like I was overreacting and when I would ask him a simple question, he would go around it. Completely unprofessional!

I had a very bad experience, they don't sell you what you're looking for, they sell you what they want, they're talking pure lies, they only do it to sell, and they refuse to fix the problem, they only make promises and give you pure excuses, they're only after the money, and not in the client's needs, very bad, very bad, they made me lose part of the Saturday and almost the entire Sunday they didn't resolve anything for me
