My phone was full of virus and wouldn't allow me to use my phone. I came in and Alondra helped me clean my phone although it took her about an hour. She is very dedicated girl. Thank you. This is definitely the best metro I've ever visited. Now I have a working phone. Very good service.

I recently came back from an international trip and I stopped at this location of Metro pcs to for some questions I had about my phone line that was not letting me make or receive phone calls. The male associate at the counter was absolutely helpful and patient to answer all of my questions and take action to make my phone work properly again, his name was Sher. I think it's very positive to encounter people like him who was literally serving a customer (me) with kindness. His helpful attitude made me leave the store with a smile and gratitude in my heart. Thank you Sher again for your help.
