customer service was very friendly. The woman who was the sales representative name was Regina. She was very professional. She was concerned went above and beyond to help us get our needs. I highly recommend her and the mattress firm.

This time we decided to take the time and really look around for a new mattress.We decided to stop first at Rooms To Go down the road.After talking to the salesman and manager they still didn’t convince us there.So,we decided to stop at Mattress Firm and the salesperson “Regina”greeted us very professional.Regina answered all of our questions and concerns that we had.Regina literally pulled out all the mattresses that they had in display.And opened the plastic ones to test them out.When I tell you “Regina”went overboard with helping us she did🤩🤩🤩🤩 🤩I highly recommend her.Also at the last minute we decided to change mattresses and she re-did the paperwork and didn’t even gave us an attitude at all.If you are looking to buy a mattress I will ask for her.Thank you,Regina✨

After not so great phone call experiences with two other Mattress Firm stores, I called this location and spoke to Regina. I was trying to find a bed frame rather urgently because we needed to set up a bed in our living room. My sister has an injury preventing her from putting weight on one of her legs, so I’m trying to make things as safe as possible.
Regina not only answered my questions, she asked ME questions I hadn’t thought of to help me find exactly what I needed. When I walked in, she called me by name - remembering me from the phone call.
The kindness and care she showed when I was in a stressful situation was so appreciated. When I’m ready for a new mattress, I truly hope Regina is still here. REGINA has a customer for life.
