I recently had a very positive experience at Mattress Firm, thanks to Carl's excellent customer service. I came in with two specific mattress brands in mind, having done some prior research, and Carl was instrumental in helping me refine my decision. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining the key factors that contribute to quality sleep, which helped me better understand what I needed. Carl answered all my questions thoughtfully and even introduced me to a mattress I had not initially considered, but which turned out to meet my needs perfectly. I appreciate Carl’s professionalism and the high level of service he provided throughout the process. 10/10 Recommend. I look forward to enjoying my new mattress.

Carl was the only reason I purchased a mattress from this store. I have been searching for a mattress and was headed to purchase it when I decided to stop at this location.
