I was dreading purchasing a new mattress because I hate to shop and the process is usually tedious. However, Carl was great. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and was very clear about my options. It was an easy process for which I’m grateful.

Andrè, the representative for Mattress Firm, was very patient and informative. He had a vast knowledge of the his mattresses and the financing that was available. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would recommend him and the store to to others.
