Great staff, I had some baby shower gifts I wanted to return without a receipt and without the price tags, and the staff were very patient and understanding and found matches on the floor for most of the items I brought in. I appreciated their effort very much.

Never in my experience have I felt uncomfortable shopping which, I gave out my frustrations to the oriental women who check me out. I’m not sure if the black employee that’s wearing a mask was judging me based what I was wearing or what. But she literally follow me thorough out the whole store. ALL I had was a pack of eyelashes and a T-shirt . She made my experience uncomfortable. You can’t miss her she is the only worker wearing a mask. I’ll never come here again .

Just came into this Marshalls to check out the new hello kitty stuff they have because I've been seeing all the new releases online. Overall my haul was great, I found more than I expected to find. However the one person that ruined my experience was one of the employees. Now I don't go to this Marshalls often, I usually go to the ones closer to the city (Houston) because that's where I live. I noticed one of the moving carts that had a bunch of boxes that were opened waiting to be put out. I decided to check them out. Now I wasn't opening boxes that the tape wasn't ripped yet, I was just check the boxes that had merchandise that were already opened. The way they had them displayed on the cart looked pretty welcoming. Sometimes I'll checkout the new merchandise carts at my local Marshall's and they have no problem with it. I've literally been told "if you go through it and find stuff to buy, the less we have to put on the shelves." Now my experience: The short haired brassy orange brown hair older 50s/60s Mexican woman was so rude with her approach to me. I understand every Marshalls isn't the same and some stores are different. I had literally grabbed two boxes that were open and put them back where I found them on the cart and she came up to me all rude saying "MAAM NO! Uh huh you better not be touching those boxes!" Whilst shaking her head at me like I had just committed the most heinous crime. She was so rude, I was in disbelief. Her tone said everything. I understand if that's not okay at their store but the way she came up to me scolding me was so off putting. She could've came up to me nice without attitude but instead attacked me. And then decided to gossip to her other older coworker while flashing me a dirty look. I'll still go to this Marshalls because they have a good selection, but someone needs to check her on her attitude.

Pretty decent selection. Could have more options like the one in the Galleria.We waited in line like 5 minutes to check out and there were about 8 people in front of me.

i love how the marshalls looks like that but i was mad because the lady the she works in marshalls because she said the it was not for sale so I well give it five stars best place

Incredible manager!! He stood in the front area greeted all shoppers, even handed out carts and promoted the best deals (without being annoying) and the minute the check out line started getting long, he immediately called for a back up cashier to open another register. This was the day after Black Friday. The store could have been a wreak from the prior day shoppers but everything was neatly on the shelves. THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE IS EXACTLY WHAT EVERY MANAGER SHOULD BE!!! I hate shopping in person but him and his crew made it an exceptional experience!!
