The worst experience I ever had. This morning I was waiting for 8:00 a.m for the cleaners to open. The employee pulls in the parking lot at 8:03 a.m with her breakfast cup in her hand and her breakfast bag. As she opens the door she starts turning the lights on and starts opening the doors. I gave her about 2 minutes and then I walked in. She looked at me and told me, “ you literally just seen me walk in right?” I was shocked her response. I went in my car to give her some time to finish opening. As I walk in she is still upset I guess that I was there at opening time. It took everything out of me for me not to react to the situation. She then gets my clothes and tells me she hopes my day gets better. I am still shocked! She tried to give me the services for free. I stated that I wanted to pay for the services I received. This employee has been rude to me in the past. I hope the owner or manager really fixes this. I hope she does not treat others as poor as she has treated me.

My wife takes my clothes here so much they know her name and vehicle immediately when she drives up lol. My clothes are always super nice and clean, no wrinkles, good creases in the pants, I think they might even use a pinch of starch for me. Overall they are very good and I get compliments all the time on how nice my clothes are.
