Walked in and out in 15 minutes without buying one thing. Huge disappointment because I used to be able to spend hours on the hunt and would come out with at least 3 or 4 complete outfits. Not everyone wants to wear oversized cropped tops. This trend cannot be over soon enough.

Nice store, people were kind. But, there were not enough for all the people.Might consider not allowing sample lipstick be applied directly onto lips. Kind of gross. And a sales lady was there helping her.

Clean facilities and noticeably new holiday staff ready to help but not very knowledgeable. Will continue to shop online or other Macy locations. Thank goodness for the Starbucks at the entrance.

I found some beautiful dresses during their Friends and Family sale. I spent $148.00 for 3 Designer dresses. My best find was a mustard Kasper dress for $19.96. I couldn't find what I was looking for originally, but someone on the sales floor helped me. I wish I remembered her name, but thank you so much. The individual who checked us out, Allana, was very sweet, friendly and efficient. Thank you Macy's for hiring such quality individuals.

This store NEVER answers their main number or their curbside number. I just need to find out where I enter for curbside. Called the main customer service number and the young man unfortunately had no idea of what to do. Totally not the Macys brand. More failures to follow about this store. This one of 5.

I ordered a couple pair of jeans. I cancelled one pair because they were ‘skinny leg’. You sent them, now I have to find a way to return them. I am 83 y/o don’t drive and on a fixed income. It will be a couple weeks before I can mail them back for a refund.

I had the worst experience today, I was mad how one of the employee just disrespected my father. He was rude how the way he approached us and mocked at my father. First, the situation was my father had tried to fit 6shorts and after he decided to stay on only 2 shorts. Basically, he left those remaining ones on the fitting room and this employee was over reacting. He told my father that do we do this at home? No right? In a very disrespectful way, rolling his eyes. After he was leaving I heard him making some very rude comments and ill tones. My father had said sorry couple of times with smile and we had placed those shorts back. After the employee went to his customers, he was passing it along what had happened to those customers.If you are professional person please avoid making comments and making us look a person with no education. Educated or not we are only humans, don’t ever disrespect a person because he or she had made a mistake. I did tell one of the cashier on the end and told her politely that tell that employee had disrespected my father. My parents had a good day so I did not voice out in anger. My rage of anger is going to be here. I had told the cashier, I did not want any person to encounter what we had experienced. Thank you for your time to read this. Have a wonderful day ahead y’all!

I had ordered two items online and went to the store to pick them up. The first order was received on the first floor, great customer service. I was given a receipt and asked to go up to the second floor to the jewelry sections to pick up my second order. When I got to the jewelry section, I was not sure which counter I needed to go to. I saw an associate with a customer, so I waited until she was not longer with the customer to get her attention. I said “excuse me” she replied “ it’ll be a minute” I said “I just have a quick question.” She kept walking as I tried to asked where do I pick up an online order. She said “here but it’ll be a minute.” He tone was not very hospitable, she seemed disturbed.Another associate helped me with my order and appeared nice. She told me to look at my order and make sure I was happy with it, if I needed anything or an exchange, to let her know. I said thank you and began to looking at my order. After a minute or so I mentioned to the associate that I had a question. Her response was “what now?”I was confused because she just offered her help and it was my first and only question after she handed me the order. After seeing the confused look on my face, she tried to rephrase her question but at that point it was to late.I was tempted to ask for a manager however I had my son with me and didn’t want to escalate the situation. Macys needs to work on their customer service in the jewelry section. This was my first experience however I know a few others who had similar experiences.

When in about 20 min til closing, had too get to the right counter and wait in line(only 1 counter open) of course. Return 6pants, 4 shirts, & 3 dresses. 1 pair had no tag searched it could not find. Collected 2 gift cards and purchased a Tommy tank top & a hippie looking cotton shirt by Tommy on sale for $78.00 all by 10:05. Impossible? No...Crazy? YES!!! It happened tho

I should have paid attention to the reviews about the delivery because I'm still waiting for my delivery from July 4 piss poor service and no one knows anything! The supervisors are useless and if they care they really don't show it and I'm a platinum member ! Waiting to see if I really want it now
