After enjoying the service@this buisness 4 over 5 years a new gentlemen did my toes he had only been there 2 weeks I felt he did a wonderful job but after 2 days my polish starting cracking and peeling off I called the buisness and let them know I supposedly spoke with the manager and told them I could not come in until Wednesday which was 7 days later when I came in and ask 4 the manager and explained AGAIN she started waiving her hands in the air walking away saying they mess up and come back here I was very pissed@her response thank God I’m saved I advised her that I have been coming here over 5 years and trust me 50.00 will not make me or break and I will take my buisness elsewhere sure they don’t care you never see them in the community supporting anything but it’s cool I charged it 2 the game God not sleep!

Honestly I like this place . I go when it's slow because they can get so busy !! they always do great services for me and my daughter I think their specialty that everyone's good at is pedicures and they never go wrong I hate most salons but this one I like . I hope this helps them , they have good massage chairs! They have a lot of options ! Not too clean they could do better on that but overall 10:10

I have been going to this nail shop for years and it’s been ups and downs. I recently called about them not taking my acrylic off my toes all they way that that I wanted them to finish the job without having to pay again. They just told me to come back and hung up the phone. They are always rushing as well. It sucks because I have been a paying customer over 10 years and that’s how I get treated! They won’t see me again after this acrylic is off.

I went in there and asked for a full set and showed the only guy that attended me the picture of the nails I wanted he said he could do it at the end he told me he couldn't but already has set the nude on there and I told him he should've told the truth and I could've chose another color

I did a walk in and Anna helped me. She was so so kind and patient. She went the extra mile to help me. Nails looked EXTREMELY good I was shocked for the price. Will be coming back.

I went in asking for a medium rhinestone set, they said they could achieve the look. When she first started cutting the nails done I told her the nails were too short for the set I wanted but she insured me it was fine. When she got done filling and shaping i was left with short nails yet we proceeded. She could not achieve the rhinestone set so i offered to let her pick another design. she picked the set in the photo but this is what i was left with (Uneven lazily designed nails). She rushed and gave me attitude through the whole process. If i could i would give 0 stars.

Horrible customer service. Asked one of the guys that was doing my nails if he could file my nails and he had the audacity to say “do it yourself.” I came to your salon to pay for services, why would I do it myself? Never go here.

Absolutely THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...I came in and asked for a pedicure and fix 3 nails ...and you would think i asked for a brain surgery....everyone started yelling and the guy said he didn't do those type of nails....I never asked for anything special...just to fix 3 broken nails... needless to say he was rude , rough and sloppy work ...and had the nerve to yell at me because I asked him to remove the polish from the cuticle ....he then starts to remove all of the polish from all of my toes eventhough I was in a hurry and had only addressed 2 nails needing to be fixed... so I got fed up and stated that I would go elsewhere to get better service.....he yells at me ...tells me I'm a terrible customer and to never return...I stood at the counter to pay for the portion of service that I received and he just walked away and said to get out.....it was awful....embarrassing and a terrible way to treat a first time customer...Save yourself this mistreatment and go to Orchid Nails insteadI would give negative stars if that was a thing
