I had a 3” x 3.5” hole in the sheetrock of my garage. Being somewhat of a handyman I purchases drywall compound and a set of drywall knives from Lowes for ~$18. Figuring I’d find a piece of sheetrock. I couldn’t find any so I returned to Lowes and noticed a sheet was $12. and 4 sqft for $6.50. There was a broken sheet with a 1 sqft piece broken off that would fit my needs. I asked the clerk if I could buy it? It was worth $5 to me. She checked with who I assumed was a dept manager. He wanted me to buy a sheet. Knowing I was doing a small repair then crawfished to the $6.50 piece. I declined this bickering and when to Home Depot and picked up a shipping scrap. Lowes lost out on $5 in extra revenue. They did get whatever profit was on initial $18 purchase. May check Home Depot or Ace first next time.

Went to garden center. Very long check out line. Went inside. Did self, check. Was done in 5 minutes. The line in the garden center had not moved. The Kingwood location is better. Not as crowded

Love their garden center LOVE THE EMPLOYEES OVER THERE TOO! It's the sales for me I was able to transform my front yard with all the great prices and clearance in Garden Ctr. Plants, flowers and bricks yay!

My father, 84 years old, purchased a John Deer lawn mower S140. The Tractor broke down and is under warranty. He has been to the store 3 times on his own. Made hours of phone calls for help. I'm his son and said I would help. I've been transfered on the phone to every department except the correct one. I have called for a manager 5 times and have been disconnected. The same thing happened when my dad purchased a Refridgerator and dishwasher from Lowes.
This is the WORST customer service I have every encountered. in my life of 60 years. I will tell and share this with everyone I know> DO NOT GO TO LOWES.
