This store is like a ghost town; there are no cashiers to check you out and no one to greet you or enquire if you need any "help"!! The parking lot is a nightmare! As I was loading my truck I observed a man parked at the end of the aisle looking through binoculars at the exit door of the store. I was very concerned and afraid for my safety after observing this person. I called the store and talked to the manager about the state of their parking lot and enquired if they were going to hire security, and she said "no". She said "this is how it is now" and customers will have to take their own lives in their own hands when walking to and from the store. I will never shop here again, because management has such a dangerous and non caring attitude toward their customers. Please be aware of your surroundings when in this parking lot, because there are a lot of loiters and thieves looking for opportunities to steal and worse!

The staff at the Pro Desk are extremely helpful, especially Mireya & the Pro manager! We’re doing a large renovation project for our business and each time I’ve been in someone always offers to help without me having to search for someone. Thank you Atascocita Lowes for still holding a great standard of customer service!

Not a very good Lowe's location. I read another review that said something to the effect of "employees walk around this Lowe's like they are carrying out a sentence in prison" - this is pretty accurate. Things are not located where they should be, shelves are not restocked properly, things are in general disarray, ...a few of the staff members are great but the majority certainly don't seem as if they want to be there. It's unfortunate, because it seems like a management issue more than anything else. The location is great and they do a lot of business. It just seems like the level of care and attention to detail is not there. Hope they can get things turned around.

Ordered to pick up, two weeks after ETA.... on a pump for my sewer system. I sit in the store for twenty minutes then get my item from a rude store attendant. I will drive past them for Home Depot from now on.

First I have to start off by saying this location IS NOT CLOSED!!!! They are alive a taking all the business !!! My in store experience when working with employees David and Edward this past week was superb!! These gentlemen were patient and did not rush me as they gave both their professional and personal opinions - which they did not have to do, when I asked. I can speak for all the employees but these two were sooo knowledgeable! David wasn't even working in appliances but he saw me standing there waiting and at least acknowledged me and greeted me with kindness. He later handed me off the Edward who was a book of knowledge on each brand I had questions on, then he walked me through the LG process so I'd know what to do in case I ever had trouble. Now on deliver day there were issues. I DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL AT ALL. in fact I called the store 3x and they said my item was damaged on the second call I made, and -Alnisha Jefferson- was supposed to call me and ask if I still wanted it, wanted a refund , or a discount. SHE DID NO CALL. I took off work for this which means time wasted. Also I don't know how far out it will be for them to deliver again. Very disappointed. Remember customer service is key!!!!!! And it only takes one lazy employee to ruin it for everyone I would have given this store an easy 5 stars if it weren't for her!!!!!

Thank you to the appliance and delivery departments for their assistance in getting our new range and having it delivered in time for Thanksgiving! Toy in Delivery went out of her way to help us. She was professional and kind. We appreciate it very much. Happy Thanksgiving!

The employees walk around like they are carrying out a prison sentence. They will talk to each other but not customers. When they do talk to you they act like it is a bother. They never have enough staff, and when you finally get one to acknowledge you that is the first thing they say also. DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER FOR PICK UP HERE. I have had to go in twice and pull my own merchandise 15 minutes before the store closed. One order was placed at 8AM and another at Noon, and the orders were not ready by 8PM. One was all Ring cameras in the front cage? I go to the Lowes off Wallisville Rd now, a further drive but friendlier staff, their inventory is accurate and matches the website and just a better overall experience. I hope the new manager Kurt fixes this, shame too, such a great company.

Very slow at the constructor side where register 1 and 2 are. Usually 3 or 4 employees standing around talking like at home while only one cashier working on a long customer waiting line.

My boyfriend and I went there yesterday to buy appliances. Little did we know that this is not very easy to do with COVID going on. I wanted to give a S/O to NICHOLE as she worked with us even though none of the appliances we wanted were available bc of manufacturing backorder. Not her fault, but she was rocking! Highly recommend to remain patient during these times.

How to lose a 25 year customer in 25 minutes....I saw the LG washer and dryer on sale for $429 each, so I drove to the Lowes in Atascocita. Waited 20 minutes for the 3 workers to stop screwing in a light bulb, and finally got assistance. Oh, the advertised special? Naw, that been sold out for awhile. How about the Samsung? It's only $599 each. $362 bait and switch...of course. I'm not in the mood to go the extra 5 miles to Home Depot, so I say out loud, "well, at least we get a 10% military discount." "Uh, no you don't, says Lowe's employee of the month... "New policy. No military discounts on sale items." So your bait and switch fallback plan isn't discounted? On Memorial Day weekend? And this from the "Wuhan Virus, selected essential business lottery winners Lowe's?" Inspoke to the manager, who offered me 10% to shut my mouth. How about this....you keep your washer and dryer. I'll exercise my 1st Amendment rights, and let folks know how you do business. Dont worry, I won't darken your door again, so don't bother putting me on a blackball list.

Was here in may 7, 2020 @ 10:30am, asked person at the flooring department if they had a catalog if all tge tiles they keep in stock. Her rude response was 'no, you will just have to go online and see what we have.' then she walked away like she was upset at me for asking. I had to walk up and down the aisle taking pictures of what they had in store, nit knowing if the stock on the shelves was all they had or not. While walking around, i saw a customer, an old lady waiting for nearly 20 minutes or more for assistant in home decor. When finally a black lady employee came to help her, and the old lady asked if they had a certain kind of blind, the employee took out a bug catalog gave it to her and said she can look in there if they have it or not, then the employee walked away. Bad customer service at this store. Home Depot has always treated their customers great, anyone thinking of going to this location, better off going to the Home Depot in Summerwood, they treat you right there.
