WOW!! Walked in the door at 6:35 for a basic mani/pedi and a tech yells across the room "we're closed" The open sign was illuminated, the door clearly stated the hours are until 7 pm, call me stupid but that didn't indicate closed to me. Went right down the street to Americans Nails and Spa. They were open until 7:30! When I entered I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, offered a glass of wine AND a discount for customer appreciation! How nice to be APPRECIATED!! Will go back for sure!!

Went in two days ago and didn’t have the best experience, but Tony reached out and did everything he could to make it right! He fixed my nails quickly and made sure I was happy in the end. He’s an amazing nail tech! Definitely knows what he’s doing

I dont remember her name properly. She may be called Christine. She is a professional nail therapist. During her working period, she focused on her job and did not ask any personal questions and made my nails elegant . I highly appreciate the respectful attitude to the customer ' privacy, which rarely see in Nails ' salons nowadays. She is an anomaly.

Cleanliness: Lovely Nails is ALWAYS clean as long as I’ve been going there for the last 3yrs.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the service is always great. I come every two weeks for a polish change which is about $60 total for shellac in my nails and toes. I come in once a month for a full mani-pedi with shellac which is about 110 and worth every second. They usually offer complementary water or wine. If you every need them to fix anything or change your mind about something they do it with no complaint. I usually get acrylics but I told them about my new nail journey and they have been very supportive with helping me grow my nails out and keep them healthy.
