The owner, Erica is very unprofessional and lacks transparency along with the fact she’s a liar. My son was having issues with his teacher and she basically casted him off as a hooligan in training, claiming that he couldn’t be redirected. I arranged a meeting with myself, my wife, and her. She was running late and didn’t communicate that to me despite selecting the time of the meeting. Erica does not have basic customer service because rather than solving the problem, she rather take the petty route and exaggerate just to make herself feel good. My wife expressed her concerns to Erica and she got real feisty and started yelling at her for no reason and unexpectedly withdrew our son from the school after telling me that she didn’t withdraw him. Also, as an owner of a daycare, one of the most important aspects is patience with the kids and that’s something she severely doesn’t have, saying that she rather a child cry than to have a three year old say no to her. I would get conflicting stories regarding my son’s behavior, from her and the staff. Erica said in so many words that my son is a problem child, but yet I’ve never had to sign a disciplinary form against him. Would you want to send your child to a daycare where there’s no communication? Or when you schedule a meeting with the owner, do you have to worry about her showing up on time or will she be combative with the parents? As parents, we want to send our children to institutions of learning without any problems from owners who in all honesty don’t have a clue of what’s going on and is on a power trip. The behavior that Erica has engaged in was very detrimental and toxic when it comes down to solving problems. In closing, I just want to make the reader aware of the stuff that goes on at Little Academy. Send your kids somewhere where they are not only gonna learn, but be appreciated and not singled out because the owner prioritizes her ego rather than being agitated by the word NO.

I was physically assaulted on the premises on the date of April 25th 2023 while getting my step daughter by her biological father I was holding the door open for a young man and his daughter and then was sucked punched and begin to scuffle for about what I estimate 2 minutes the head of operations Ms.Erica witnessed the whole or deal and never once thought to call the police which the police confirm there are no calls for the time of the incident and (she never filled out an incident report or asked me to) on phone calls a couple days after the incident she wasn't claims "she wasn't keeping the video away from me" and that she was only waiting on her lawyer and surveillance team and that "I did nothing wrong and she's sorry it even happened" she even went as far as to take down my phone number and email to send me said evidence after a full week of no updates or phone calls I'm suddenly told I wasn't allowed on the premise by my girlfriend even though I was a victim of a violent crime so. I begin to call which she had her employee avoid my calls so I decided after another 5 days of no update I would ask her for a meeting to which she immediately declined while agreeing that I was the victim of a violent crime "she can't stop a father from getting there kids no matter what he's done but she can stop me" so I left and called the police to which she had them criminally trespass me because "I was annoying her and if it was going to continuing to be a big deal we could just unenroll her and that it's no way to give me the footage" I don't feel it's safe for any child to be somewhere were they put their bottom line over parents safety especially not comply with an assault investigation as well as to be so negligent to allow someone to sit in a running vehicle for an unknown amount of time while never getting out to get a child and going unnoticed for god knows how long they have made it VERY CLEAR if you are a victim of a crime here they don't care and will not help you

By far the best daycare I’ve been too! Staff is so respectful. My kids never complained about anything at this daycare. Ms Isabel is so sweet and understanding, she is an amazing woman! She really helped me and my kids when we needed it! She understood that I was a single mom trying to make it and she helped me in any way that she possibly could! Thank you so much ms Isabel! You are a blessing !!! The curriculum is AMAZING! My youngest daughter is in pre K and she has learned so much from here than any other daycare we’ve been to, she even tells me some Spanish words which I love! Now the kindergarten is also amazing my other daughter has also learned A LOT! I am grateful and thankful for everything every teacher has done in my girls life ❤️ Sadly we unfortunately are moving further away so that means new schools ... but seriously if your looking for the perfect daycare THIS IS IT !!

I have a 4yr old son who has been under my mother in laws care since he was born. Being that he was diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder his doctor HIGHLY recommended that he be placed in a regular school setting with the help of ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) services. This was so that he can start to learn structure of being in a class with other peers. It was a very hard decision for us to make but we did it. We did our research and found Little Academy of Humble allowed ABA therapist into their school to provide services to my son. The first month in a half I wasn't too convinced this was a right fit for my son, but I gave it a chance.Shortly after we were informed that they had a newly hired Director by the name of Isabelle Revelli. I scheduled a meeting with her and discussed a few concerns I had in regards to working with my sons’ therapist and his treatment plan. I immediately felt the feeling of compassion from a mother to a mother and could see that she genuinely cared about her job and all the children. Isabelle takes pride in her new role as the Director of Little Academy of Humble. She is always thinking of how to implement positive changes in the school. I am fully aware that she has faced some very difficult challenges and has had some pretty tough bumps on the road taking over this school with undisciplined (prior) staff but she has made it a point to put her directors hat and make very tough decisions. That being said; there are a few fresh team members (newly hired) thanks to Isabelle. I have truly seen so many positive changes within the school these past 7 months and I can honestly say that its majority thanks to Isabelle professional persona. The teachers that are now employed there are structured, more enthusiastic, creative and over all compassionate about our babies. Teachers are very engaged with our kids and have school based curriculum, they are always learning new things and at the same time learning discipline.I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and there is no doubt in my mind that this is where I would trust my soon to be second child to be as soon as I am ready to go back to work. If you are a first time parent seeking childcare for your child, I highly recommend Little Academy of Humble.

I have three children here and this is the only daycare they have ever attended. We have weathered staff, ownership and management changes but I have never questioned the quality of care my children receive. Little Academy truly cares about educating my children in a safe and fun environment. That means the world to me and is why I can confidently recommend this childcare facility to you.

Today I went to pickup my daughter to find out she made it out the front door into the parking lot without any of the school staff noticing she was missing. After the director began the investigation the teacher left the classroom door open and the young lady at the front desk didnt pay attention enough to notice my child walk out the front door. Luckily there was a parent who found her wandering the parking lot looking for me before she made it into the street. I am extremely grateful for the mom because I could have came home without my child today. I have removed my daughter from the school because I no longer trust the staff with my daughters safety.

Another child bit my child on the cheek close to his eye.Where were the teachers or what were they doing? Who knows.I really wanted to like the place but cant do it 8f my child will be hurt by another child and the adult in the room cant stop it.Edit to respond to the owner. Thank you my son is doing good.Your response doesnt reflects what happened, my husband and I later that the teacher left the room and that's when the incident happened, that's the reason no one knew what to tell us whenever we asked what happened. Second you didnt worked out anything with my husband because you wanted to offer us to pay us by refunding the tuition for the time my child attended the school in exchange to remove my review but we didnt accept your offer. The sad part is that I would've removed it if you would've told is that you were going to take better care of your business and make the childrens' safety number one priority. Last of all my son's classroom never had a consistent teacher, there was always someone different there every time.As far as the NCI comment, I dont know where that is coming from, but my respects to daycares that accept it .

My 5 year old just started his kindergarten class with Little Academy and loves his classmates and the staff. He’s been going there two years now, and I planned to put him in public school but could not pull him out. He loves all of his friends and the teachers. He has grown so much in a short time thanks to them. Shanna the director is extremely involved and attentive and his teacher Mrs. Candace has been so good to him. Fantastic environment, great background from the staff and overall just a great place for my son. I highly recommend.
