“Specs is always great, we'll this location from what I have experienced. The staff is the best part, one in particular. I don't remember her name, but she stands out from the rest, she is Latina ??. Impressed with her knowledge and service I always return looking for her expertise. I do recommend this location. It quite, not too much traffic, even though it's located right off Hwy 59. “The gentlemen who runs this business has an amazing pallete for exquisite craft spirits, especially gins! I always look forward to see what hes found so I can try it!He also goes out of his way to find "that one" liquor that you loved but can't find. He found a cachaca for me that I've never found stateside and I'm thankful to say I can now find it on their shelf when my supply runs out!Highly recommend this business if you're looking for a strong supply of good quality spirits and run by really great people.”

“They have one of the friendliest staff I've experienced for a Total Wine! They are well stocked and the selection was good. I called to verify my small dog could go inside with us, I carried him with no problems. The 2hr drive was well worth it! The parking lot is shared by other stores, so it can be crowded, no issue for us walking tho.”

“I normally have very good things to say about this place, but when I came inside to pick up an order today there were four cashiers standing around the checkout and talking. I walked up to them and told them that I needed to pick up an online order. The woman closest to me replied: “Sorry, I'm off the clock sweetie.” While I believe she intended for it to be a joke, that is not how customers should be spoken to. She also continued to talk about what she said to me to one of the other cashiers right in front of me. She should have let her other coworkers assist me and not said anything at all. This whole situation was unprofessional and inappropriate.”
