I pd 95.00 for Them to unlock my car the driver license plate twx 8370 did ask for keys from my son after realizing that all the stringers work, he was doing to unlock it from the inside with the little gadget was not working after he took the key from my son. He tried using the key for the door handle that was pushed in so he could not use it he never gave us the key back. I did not realize that was time for us to start the car. I did call them back to have them bring the key back to check to see if the tow truck driver had it he claimed in a short notice that he did not have it, but he did not give the key back to my son so now I had to spend another $300 just to get a key made for which they could not assist i am deeply disappointed and disgusted at the fact that they did not tru to help or accommodate me with someone who can help me at getting a teammate after the tow truck driver kept my keys forward reason being I do not want to exploit him in that way, but I really feel to believe but he kept my key and contact are coming back to get my truck. This truck is very loved by the race, not me racism, but no one was able to help me and I have $400. I got no assistance from Line to help me with this situation I would never ever ever use them or recommend them to any of the doctors or my staff that I work with, please do not use these people.

I ordered a tow through AAA. Terrence was nothing short of amazing! Please give him a raise, a high five, SOMETHING. He went above and beyond when I had a minor hiccup during drop off. I greatly appreciate him and his willingness to help me. I hope you’re having a great day Terrence!!!

I used AAA to pick up my wreck car from a tow yard and have it brought to my home. I was met by a rude driver who argued with me about why am I picking up a totaled car from a tow yard in the first place and that the insurance would handle it. My car is paid for in full and I only have liability. I have to wait 14 days until the police report is completed to see if the other parties insurance will accept liability. In the mean time, I want it brought to my home in case things don't fall in my favor and I'm left with a hefty bill from the tow yard with storage fees. After getting the car towed to my home, I requested the driver to drop the car close to the side of the curb. The driver literally dropped my car off in the middle of the street and told me to "Figure it out!" and drove off. No one should do business with a company this unprofessional. Never in my life have I experience this level of disrespect from a tow company who is getting paid good money to do a job.

Disgusting and rude money hungry company; I encourage every one who has been victimized by this company to get together and file a lawsuit. When you try to speak to someone they will not even answer, cowardly behavior.

My husband and I with our granddaughter broke down tonight. We called AAA . Goldenline towing were there before the estimated time! The driver was very courteous and helpful! Thank you so much for an outstanding experience!

Goldline is straight garbage! I used them and they caused $4400.00 in damages to my Mercedes! He said he would take care of the damages and now he's dodging my calls. So now I'm going to have to sue him and get law enforcement involved just to receive what I rightfully worked for as far as compensation! I just needed a tow not four thousand dollars worth of damages! They will be pursued at the highest extent of the law! do not use them because they will not hold their self accountable if they damage your vehicle!!!!

Predatory towing company. They patrol apartments, access the resident garage, run license plates, and tow you from the empty garage of your AirBnB or VRBO at 3:30am. You cannot reach anyone on a Sunday, have to call the Sheriff’s office who thankfully provided the information after I said I have to beat the ice storm home, go an hour out of your way, pay $302 to get your vehicle. Are they giving a financial kickback to the apartment complex??? Barely made it home on icy roads.

Mr. James was awesome. He gave me the job !! but then was informed that the owner did not want to hire me because I was a female this was 12 days ago . so if you are a female looking for a job, do not go there they just discriminate people.
