I come here often with my family, and we always get okay service. One of the perks I liked coming here is because you can pay your bills with them as well renew my car sticker every year. For a couple years the system seems to have work; now I feel like the employees don't want to do their job, the first thing they like to say is sorry our system is down. The system seems to be down the same day every year, I don't think I would be coming to this location ever again, take the time out my day to come get groceries as well and when I need assistance at self check out or my light keeps blinking for help , seems like the employee are there only to chat. What sucks is that they only have two lines with employees to check out.

FRAUD ALERT....FRAUD ALERT...FRAUD ALERT Bought three Amazon Gift cards for Christmas gifts at Krogers in Atascosita, Tx. When I opened one to activate, It had been tampered with. The "Claim Code" on the back of the card was completely scratched off. FYI, You can not use the card on Amazon without this 16 digit code. It appears someone took the card from Krogers, copied the claim code, scratched it off so no one else could use it, then sealed it back up in the cardboard holder it comes in and returned it to the rack at Krogers to wait for someone to buy the card, whereupon the card is activated by Krogers. Whoever tampered with the card then waits a while, goes on to Amazon and puts in the Claim Code and the card can now be used for it's full dollar amount, or they can sell the claim code to someone else to use. Beware as Krogers said they can do nothing about this Fraud even though they do not have the cards secure, and they accepted payment for the card and activated it nor do they issue an advisory that you are buying gift cards at your own risk. I am working with Amazon on this FRAUD and will keep you informed. DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM Krogers. Their Customer Service is completely Non-existent! They could care less that you are out the money you paid for the Gift Card. They will be lucky to see me even Drive by their place of business. Please share this info!

We ordered the Turkey Dinner package for Christmas. It was delicious and more than enough for 4-6 people. Well worth the price. Only things extra we needed was whipped cream for the pumpkin pie and cranberry jelly for the dinner.

If you put out everything you have first thing in the morning how about you save some for those who can't get there first thing because they work? Save some and put it out for those still working. And you need more than 2 registers open.

The shelves were poorly stocked. The one bag of shredded lettuce was withered. The 3 whole catfish and less than a pound nuggets were dried out and appeared old.

They have a gas program where you can save money, but they charge more for their gas been the major gas companies on the same block. Just today the Shell station was selling their gas for $2.12, Kroger was selling theirs for $2.29. So you’re not saving any money in there gas program because they’re overcharging you!

This pharmacy staff are horrible and EXTREMELY rude!!!! WHY HAVE A WINDOW FOR COSTUMERS OUTSIDE IF US COSTUMERS CANNOT UTILIZE IT?!?!?! Every single month it's a different excuse as to why these women (mainly the lead pharmacist) an African American woman & a White woman who are extremely rude. 1. The window speaker is broken 2. They are to busy to come to the window 3. They are VERY slow Thank goodness I don't have to take my Ambein anymore and have to go to any pharmacy, I'm DONE!!!

Had a basket of groceries and was going to check out and all 4 lanes of self-checkouts were open and backed up? NO LINES FOR REGULAR CHECK OUT OPEN. WTF? All lights for regulate check out were turned off and the was a lady with a red vest on helping someone check out. There was another couple behind him that she told them that she wasn't open? I asked her why ? Also, why are there only self check outs open? NO REASON GIVEN? I asked for the manager and while , I was waiting, she came over and said that she would now check us out. We were checked out and the manager came out latter to assist someone at the help desk. After he finished with him, I spoke with the store manager and he stated that the lady in the red vest was a manager and was suppose to open up a line when the self checkout was backed up or someone had a lot of groceries. Well that employee was telling customers to go to the self checkout? Is this Sac and Save? This self checkout stuff is really getting bad. The employee that was suppose to be at the self checkout desk wasn't there either? Really, this it really troubling for a Saturday evening. There were lots of employees walking around stocking and what not. Let's take care of the Kroger's shoppers.

This is my local grocery store and it's good. My only complaint is no cell reception for Sprint in the store. Wish they had free WiFi like other supermarkets.

This place is ridiculous!!!! My husband is a Navy Veteran and was accused of stealing sushi!! They said they saw it on video that he was eating it haha!! My husband had sushi in his hand that he was going to purchase that was fully closed he asked for a manager and asked for them to review the footage with him and they kept declining. Yea will never return to this Kroger again

Nice large store, I had to get a few items, got a hand basket. Everything went okay, the snack nuts i prefer are getting pushed out for the store brand, so I'll try HEB or maybe Amazon for those. At the self check out, I had trouble placing basket on the register because a candy shelf blocked it, some dummy made a poor decision.

Staff here are reasonable. Joe Booth (one of the manager) went above and beyond to help me find medication on the shelf. Decent location. Staff are not as helpful when they are very busy.
