On Saturday, July 20th, around 11:00 A.M, I went to the Kroger Store on 19300 W Lake Houston in Humble Texas.
While walking down the aisle, I slipped and fell directly on my knee. There was a spill of water on the floor that I did not see and there were no cones or signs signaling a spill.
Now, I have seen these signs many times before, so had it been there, I would not have tripped and fell.
After I fell, I just could not get up, the pain was too strong. I sat there for about 7 minutes writhing in pain before a worker close to the cash register finally asked me if I was ok, to which I replied No.
I fell close to the cash register area so multiple people saw, it's not like I fell at the back in a corner.
It's a cold world we live in, a group of shoppers passed by me sitting on the floor and never said a word to me.
After a while another worker and the Manager came by and asked me if I was ok. She offered me Tylenol and a wheelchair, I thanked her and said no.
She took my name and number and said that somebody would call me the next day.
Somebody called on Monday and left me a voicemail. I called back several times, but I only got his voicemail. I left a voicemail.
I think it is very dishonest and uncaring to say you will call to check on me only to be playing phone tag.
My knee is still sore but I thank God I did not break any bones.

Kroger is clean ? well stocked, just a bit overpriced, but most of what they have, isn't at Walmart, Arlens, or Aldis, which that ? is what I like.

Decent produce and selection but the prices are sometimes 1 to 2 dollars more than HEB, depending on the item. I will say, when they have deals and sales, it really can't be beat.

I came into the bakery today with no cake for my son’s birthday and left with the perfect cake! I had someone making me a cake for my son’s birthday and they were not able to make it so this was all very last minute. We are going to Dig world so I wanted a construction themed cake. The lead baker at this Kroger exceeded my expectations! I showed her a picture of the cake I wanted and she made it happen in a matter of moments! We were able to transform a chocolate cake that was already made into just what I was looking for! Thank you again for saving the day!!

Large store with good selection. I rarely shop here because of poor customer service and over reliance on self check out.

the lady at the area where you cash checks was extremely rude and unhelpful. ive never cashed a chack before but this was unbelievable. i work at customer service, im 18 and could do better than this 45 year old woman. unbelievable

I go there more to the pharmacy then what I do for other things but in general I will have to say it's a clean place everyone is real friendly real helpful if you need something specially the stock personnel, it's a bit on the expensive side but it's worth it do to being so clean the atmosphere is great and it appears that everything is fresh every time you go in there everything gets rotated as supposed to it's a nice place a very nice place to the manager of that facility my hat off for you, grate job.

The pharmacy customer service needs improvement. They do not apply any listening skills whatsoever. Simple refill requests are torture.

Normally shop elsewhere however Kroger was convenient and not too crowded. Checked out and was going to get cash back. Question comes up asking me to pay .75 fee. NO THANKS. Will be shopping elsewhere going forward.
