I had a great experience in the bakery recently. It appears they hired a new manger for this store and she is so attentive. She helped whip up a quick cake with the persons name on it and decorated it so cute..even though she was clearly already busy!!

VERY Disappointed today in Customer Service and the Pharmacist. It has to be 2 min at the most after 5:00 P.M. Sunday, November 27, 2022. There was a customer in front of me that was being help with checking out her items and the pharmacy was still open. I got in line and was told we are close; I asked the pharmacist who was not Anthony or the older gentleman that was there from years back which I have known from many years of being a customer, they would have not handled this situation with such poor customer service. This man walked by as if there was a problem what time do you close I asked? He said 5 and walked off. No regret not at least letting me get my prescription, after I asked if I could get my prescription; just an attitude of come back if you want it. What a lack of empathy for someone needing their medicine. An example of not caring not only for the customer and their needs; only getting off the clock because their automatic salary they will receive. SUCH POOR REPRESENTATION OF KROGER/KROGER PHARMACY.

I have shopped at Krogers. Out my adult life. This Krogers on 1960 & West Lake Houston Parkway has gotten so bad that I ask myself every time I go in there why did I come back. I spend between $1200 to $1500 a month in this store. Customer service is not a main thing here and neither is check out time. I spend almost half the time I'm in the store standing in a checkout line. I know the managers get a bonus for low payroll, but this store just lost my business because of the time it takes to check out. I don't like HEB, but guess where I'm shopping next week, HEB. It won't take long to learn a new store and I won't be in a check out line for 30 minutes. By Krogers, you just lost approximately $18,000 a year.

I've had the misfortune of using this pharmacy for last 3 months while getting moved. First month took 4 call's and 2 wasted trips before on the third attempt I got the one employee wasn't completely incompetent.Same results on 2 month.Month three... My scripts have been in for a week, I have 5 voicemails from them to confirm, but 4 drives out there and 4 trips home empty handed! For no reason other than the system they use has not worked for them or their customers as well as the worst and most inadequate employees you could possibly imagine. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MENTAL FACULTIES TO AID PEOPLE IN GOVERNING THEIR MEDICATION!

I stopped in to pick up a few things and the memories came back immediately, reminding me why I don't shop here! This is an awful store, empty shelves, limited selection, no check-outs open. After checking out at the SELF-CHECK register, Kroger now charges for cash back. HEB has nothing to worry about, I wont darken the doors of Kroger until this memory fades.

This Kroger pharmacy customer service is the worst I have ever seen. When it comes to a pharmacy, and the pharmacy manager is rude, nasty, disrespectful, and unprofessional in every way possible. I advise you if you don't want to be ignored have the phone disconnected on you in the middle of your conversation are a pharmacy employee talking to you nasty stop using this Kroger Pharmacy. The President of Kroger making these false commercials about the love for the community and employees is less than true this Kroger cares nothing about the customer.

I am very happy with the customer service at this Kroger pharmacy. I am always treated with courtesy and respect and my prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. I get all of my monthly prescriptions here. I was so fed up with the local Walgreens and CVS. The staff here is friendly, courteous, and regardless of how busy they are, they always make time to answer questions, take my calls, and fill my prescriptions on time. Pharmacists are wonderful ladies- been using Kroger for over a year now. Thanks to the staff!

I only use the pharmacy at Kroger because they have the cheapest prices. Do not bother refilling your prescription by phone. I called mine in two days ago and was told they were still working on it. Very frustrating.

The staff seems clueless most times I go. I use to go to this location because it is close to my home and I can get fruits however their fresh food (Fruits in particular(for me fresh oranges)) are always somehow rotting and they still put it out for people to buy. The last time I was there and asked about it, the staff member seemed so clueless and didn't care. Anyway, it's just my opinion, this is a very tardy Kroger location. I now shop at another Kroger location. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them.

They get too busy. If you have a new escript prescription it takes a week + to get it in if it is a brand name only. It is hard enough to be in severe pain and deal with the doctor and then have to wait over a week to get the meds. I was able to buy a Glock 9mm pistol in one hour with a check on my history and background. But, can't get a much needed pain reliever for over a week. So, we need a similar system for people who have never cheated or even consider cheating on these meds. If properly applied, opioids are a life saver. But, those that have abused this life changing category of drugs ruined it for the majority of us that need them.

The 2 stars is bc they're not rude. Theyre very polite. Its just that they tell you itll be done in 10 minutes, even after calling to check on a time frame, then take 2 hours to give it to you. Happens every time. Im looking for a new pharmacy.
