Kroger store itself was a great experience. The pharmacy guy was very unprofessional, made-up lies about not being able to fill prescription because you can't go more than 10 miles from where the doctor prescribed the medicine. He was rude to me and my wife. He did finally fill it but honestly I don't really write these reviews and stuff but guy really needs a reality check on how you treat ppl if you act ugly expect to get the same attitude back towards you

Poor customer service! I’d rather call the hospital and have them cancel the prescription and drive back to the hospital to pick it up there! No compassion or customer service…terrible!

I would give no stars but, we all know that's not possible. 22 minutes on hold and no one ever answered. They told me no one was ahead of me about 3 minutes into the call. REALLY?

Very clean appears well stocked and suited for its place in community I can't say as not from this area but employees seemed happy congenial, for an out of stater they took my prescription reinstated my discount plan handily other shoppers came and went appearing happy as was I with the service I received

Ernesto the cowderly want a be manager...I ordered a birthday cake that was the most horrible thing I had ever seen. It looked like a pile of poop. I asked for a manager and some want a be named Ernesto showed up. He could have cared less. I told him the problem is they have no staff. They are so cheap. There are hardly have any checkers, no staff and there was no decorator at 2:00 on a Saturday to fix the problem. When this cowderly little man did not like my tone he grabbed my basket and told me I could not have my groceries. I am sure that cowderly little Ernesto can't take a strong woman. The tough wimp want to take thes groceries of a little old lady. What a tough little cowderly man. I had to scream in fear. Kroger is greedy. They do do staff appropriately and have poorly trained staff. The big bad coward goes after old ladies. Ernesto is so brave. Please stop shopping there. HEB provides professional service.

Iam glad to have Kroger as our Pharmacy they have Medicine when we needed if not they never let us. be without ; even if they loane some. Until they get the Medicine .

!!!THIEVES!!!Kroger gas station female took $20 I was trying to put for gas, manager came out and covered for her, wouldn't show footage. Both are liars and thieves, do not come here!!

This place has an infestation on Indian moth's in their dry pasta isle! Do not purchase any of it along with their seasoned meats. They try and disguise the foul smells with their pre-seasoning and mark the pricing really low to get people to buy. Be warned!

I have been a customer with kroger pharmacy for many years. They are very knowledgeable , efficient and fast ! They're all very polite and I never have an issue with my medication. It's usually ready the same day the Dr calls it in.
