Very disappointed with their customer service, it is at an all time low in the Amazon line. By the time you get to the front the line the worker is treating you as though you are an issue. No smiling, no “hi” …. Customer service is just not customers servicing.

I was helped get a new card and restart my account and the amount on my card was boosted just very helpful staff. I can not remember the young man that helped me but please keep him around

Kohl's looks like a desert.An abandoned store.
No welcoming, nobody to help you.
A tremendous "I don't care" attitude!
Very poor service.

Pleasant staff and place was neatly kept. As an aside I did an Amazon return there and it was in and out without a problem. Strongly recommend.
