I highly recommend Kingwood Cleaners! Paul is a hardworking young man who goes beyond expectations to deliver outstanding customer service. This is a family owned business, not a chain or franchise. You'll find Paul there 6 days a week, open to close (they are closed on Sunday, which is nice to see these days).

This family owned cleaners really came through for us. My son had an interview that he needed to wear his uniform to and we didn’t realize that all the same day cleaners in Kingwood couldn’t actually provide same day dry cleaning on a Saturday. My son’s interview was scheduled for 2 days later — Monday, but all the other cleaners said they would not be able to get his uniform back to us until Monday afternoon. The owner’s son at Kingwood Cleaners promised to personally make sure that he would have the uniform ready by 9 am on Monday. This level of customer service is so lacking for so many businesses. Kingwood Cleaners has our business for life now.

My wife and I have been using Kingwood Cleaners for almost a decade now and I've always been very happy with the service. I use a lot of white professional shirts and they do a great job cleaning and pressing those, not to mention my wife's clothes and occasional suits. Beyond that though, Kingwood Cleaners is a family cleaner and run by the family. Paul knows my name and face and picks up the order as soon as I arrive and is invariably cheerful and friendly to deal with. I very much enjoy supporting small family firms when possible versus using much larger chains. I highly recommend Kingwood Cleaners.

I love the swiftness of the service provided and also customer service they have towards each customer. They make sure you are taken care of and they explain the process along with options to suit your needs to remove a stain. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment.

We’ve used this place for a year or 2 and have had no problems. But several weeks ago they lost my husbands business coat and have refused to pay for another one. They will only credit our account for money to come back and use them. Why would we come back and use a company that won’t make right something they lost? Never again. Just keep in mind if they lose something of yours they will NOT pay for it.

This place is a rip off! I went here for the first time this week and will never return. They don’t tell or print the cost of the cleaning at drop off. Upon pickup, my 7 pieces cost $50, just for dry cleaning 6 pants and one summer dress! Price may not matter to some, but to advertise new lower prices and then charge $5 per pant is ridiculous, not to mention they also charged an additional “environmental fee” of $5.22. ,

Spent 153.84 on 24 items. These prices are ridiculous. They are the only cleaners open I could find in Kingwood. My normal cleaned I wouldn't have spent more than $60 for this amount of items. Unreal. How can they justify the amount? Prices aren't posted or on the receipt they give you when you.

I would not take our clothes to any other drycleaners in Kingwood. Family owned business and they are very respectful and courteous. I have never had a problem and have always been happy with the job done on our clothes. Thank you Paul @ Kingwood Cleaners for all that you do!!!!
