Great Dry Cleaners! I have used them for over 5 years. They have never damaged any item. The offer a discount for paying cash in advance. Lena does an incredible job and has wonderful customer service! Very dependable!

Before judging the cleaner based on the previous reviews please keep in mind those reviews were left over half a decade ago. the place is now under new management and the staff is much nicer and easier to work with. the service is outstanding and the work is impeccableServices: Laundry wash & fold

Please costumers check your clothes before you walk away from this place.They damage so much my clothes ????The last item was my husband sweater.I am so angry because I told the lady to be careful that it was wool and no only they made a hole but they wash it on heat so made it so small is not even funny????Service: Couches/sofas

Zero stars there incompetent at there job......2week for alteration promised in 1 week finally got it 2wks later they were not even altered or cleaned this place is a joke!! Poor customer service!! Never again will I stop here nor should you save yourself the headache.!!

My story is a cautionary tale. WARNING. Zero stars is more appropriate.I'm a history prof who teaches at and lives near Lone Star North Harris, and I wanted a close, convenient and inexpensive cleaners for my 120 shirts plus other items that I take to the laundry every couple months. First off, they told me that the colorful sport shirts, that for years I had always dry cleaned to preserve their colors and size, could not be dry cleaned. So.... The large window display said "shirts 75 cents" but when I arrive for pick up, the worker said the sign was wrong and charged 79 cents. I asked to speak to Brenda the manager, who I could clearly see through the glass wall, but when the worker went back, Brenda dismissively waved her hand toward me through the air, refused to come out and speak to me. I decided to leave my things until pricing was resolved. I asked for the owner, whose name is Ali, but no response when called. Finally, a week later, I picked up my clothing, paid the extra, but found that three of my shirts were missing. Over the course of about 2 months, I stopped in regularly about 5-6 times, trying to get my shirts, and tried to speak to the manager. I called Ali, the owner, spoke to him, but still no resolution or assistance. I was like a bad Saturday Night Live episode.The last time I stopped, it was near closing time and there was a man who I had never seen at the counter. I explained the situation and he immediately went back and brought out a stack out unclaimed shirts where I instantly found my clothes. He couldn't believe that no one had brought out that pile of shirts for me before.BE FOREWARNED. This company cares absolutely nothing about you or customer service.

Horrible service and disgusting attitude by manger at counter.Jacked up my jacket which has been dry cleaned before with no problems and pretty much said he didn't care.If u think that your business will thrive think again.People do not stop if you have any sense after you have read this comment. No star needed it should be a zero!

The dude at the counter is a complete idiot. I tried really hard to give him a chance, even left him a tip thinking it would change his attitude but unfortunately I just gave money to a rude person. I spend almost 100.00 everytime i go to this cleaners and it's never better. I drive from Cleveland TX to Humble TX for service that sucks. Today was it, this dude has ZERO PERSONALITY or care. Cheaper is not always better. Don't do it, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!1 Star is too much but it's the lowest I could give.

Don't use this $1.00 cleaners. Their services are horrible and the owner is even worse!! Had to go back three times because the clothes were not ready when they were suppose to be. And the owner fixed his lips to want to start an argument when I expressed my dislike for their business. He said it's my money and he doesn't care if I don't like it. I won't go back and would suggest no one use this horrible place!!!
