UPDATE: Today on the kids r kids daycare bus my child was brutally assaulted by 2 other kids, this is so disturbing….for a child to come to my baby’s seat and be choked by one child and then that same child to call over their older brother and my child to be punched repeatedly in the stomach and in the back of the head by the younger brother at the same time is ridiculous and the director to say “well kids will be kids” is baffling to me, I stated, well clearly the bus is too big the driver needs an attendant on the bus to assist him…she then stated, “would you like to apply?” I said “hell no, y’all don’t pay enough” she said, “exactly”…The response from her was very unprofessional, and there was no empathy for my child at all. As parents we choose daycares by what appears to be safe and make us feel comfortable but after today I can no longer trust the care of my children under this facility.I told her these day’s bullying is not anything to play with…kids are bringing knives and guns to school andMy child is terrified to go back to school and daycare because the oldest was sitting behind him laughing and making smart remarks about how he don’t care…ect. Here it is 4 hours later and my sweet child who has NEVER had any disciplinary actions against him, is still crying…and all I can do is hold him and reassure him that as his mom I will take the necessary precautions to prevent this from reoccurring and hold this facility accountable. The cameras in this school is what helped me with choosing them to care for my children but at this point that doesn’t matter.Choose a daycare by how they treat their staff and how they embrace, support and care for your children in front of your face and behind your back.We live In balmoral and there are plenty of daycares on Woodland Hills that I will visit soon.IF IT HAPPENED TO MINE IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOURS :(MY PREVIOUS 4star review from 5 years ago:My son turned 3 years old a few months ago...and loves it here, I have tried 2 other daycares prior to coming here. My friends and family kept telling me it takes time to transition but immediately he was comfortable. We feel good knowing we don't have to worry about if he's eating or sleeping because they send a detailed daily report. They do not use harsh chemicals that mess up my son's allergies.(the other 2 did). You are always greeted coming in and leaving out. It's not to many children in one class, our son is learning so much. They also helped us potty train him, he's learning how to pay soccer with coach Batman, and how to spell his name. It's worth every penny you will spend.

On August 29, 2022, my wife and I logged on and observed our 3yr old great nephew being treated really bad on several occasions. The teacher intentionally tried to antagonize him and intimidate him by using techniques that are not appropriate for children his age. Even the other kids noticed how he was being mistreated and tried to comfort him. Upon my Niece reviewing the recording she observed the teacher grasp her 3 year old son by both arms and push him back twice forcefully. The director verbally acknowledged that the teacher’s actions were inappropriate, but later contacted my Niece by phone to defend the teacher’s actions. We spoke with the director, and she defended the teacher every time & we also call the owner but he never returned our call. Our niece had to remove her son from this center, and I hope this will not continue to happen to other kids. I've also notice while viewing the cameras that she mistreated other kids also "PARENTS CHECK IN ON YOUR KIDS.” The owner told the director to not talk to my wife and I maybe he noticed that we were really concerned about our great nephew and the other kids also. AGAIN PARENTS, PLEASE CHECK IN ON YOUR KIDS; ESPECIALLY IF THEY START ACTING STRANGE

My daughter has been going here for about 3.5 years and my son for 2. I have nothing bad to say about them. I trust my kids going here and they also have parent cameras if you want to check in on your kiddos during the day. They are more reasonably priced compared to Primrose across the street. Ever since Covid hit, they haven’t allowed anybody in the building unless they are a kid or employee with everyone doing a temperature check as well. They also have bus service to fall creek and other local schools which is a huge plus as both my wife and I have to work during the day. I highly recommend this place!

Update:Part of his response to my email about being told of the lack of preschool offered."I do not know where the breakdown in communication took place, but we have always promoted ourselves as a private pre k. There was an obvious disconnect and understanding that, but I would like you to consider that there were two other classes beyond 400 that were 450 and 500, so I'm not sure what your understanding of what those classrooms were."Sorry, but what am I supposed to understand when your director tells me there IS NO pre-k offered and only states otherwise after I've put in my slip to unenroll? Precisely why I was confused when I was told this lie.Updated review. USED to love this place. We were at this facility for close to 4 years. We loved the teachers. The owner got injured a while back and that's when everything went downhill. He was out for an extended period of time with serious injuries, but instead of keeping up the standards of his facility, his staff let it fall to the wayside to the point where a teacher ABUSED my child, and two other children in the form of pinching leaving bruises, hair pulling, picking up by the arm, and pinching under the armpits breaking skin. Mr. Todd took my allegations seriously when my 4 year old daughter told me. He did an investigation and validated my concerns, proving that it DID happen, but said it was "inappropriate" to tell me or the other parents if she had been fired. Moreover the teacher who abused the children was not put on any kind of suspension during the investigation. They just moved her to a different room with smaller children! One of the children claimed the other teacher in the same room hurt her, (the one who was pinched under the armpits) and that teacher is still employed there. After the investigation, retaliation began in the form of bad grades on report cards that they'd never distributed before, scoring them unable to perform tasks that our children have mastered. Only the children who reported the incidents scored low. And then we were told that they don't offer a Pre-K program. Ms. Mikki specifically said to my face "We don't have a Pre-K program" when I asked about the next steps at KRK. When I brought this to the owner's attention, Ms. Mikki called me to say that either I misheard or she did. But she was clearly lying to cover her butt because just before she said that we were told by her that she thought my child and the other child who endured abuse would be enrolling in public preschool. And the "curriculum" is a joke. My daughter can't tell me a single thing that she learned, and when I viewed cameras the nap time looked like a yoga class with kids rolling everywhere not sleeping. And we rarely got a take home sheet over the last year. I've written to the owner about why we unenrolled. Until these things are fixed, I don't recommend this place as child care option for anyone. Now there are several gems at that school that took care of my child over the years that I loved. Ms. Jasmine (who recently left), Ms. Maria, Ms. Tabitha, Ms. Kat, and Ms. Irene were amazing teachers. After speaking to formerly employed instructors, I learned they are VASTLY underpaid for the amount of work they do. I hope they find places that deserve them.

Horrible my 4 yr old hasn’t learned NOTHING at this school...I don’t know where they get these babysitters from. The lady at the front desk don’t know anything. The director ONLY care about her lil girl there. The teachers are lazy. The learning is rushed

My son’s growth and education path was very good throughout the first 3 years he was there. The school facilities are great and clean, the early years teachers were very professional and most importantly they cared about my child, I could see that every day. I would recommend the school if you have a baby and a toddler and would want to let them in good hands.Once you get around to the Preschool mark, there are some challenges. They need to improve the professional level of the staff on those classrooms, with teachers more qualified for handling that age group. I will say the owner is really committed to give the best to the kids and there is no doubt he will take care of this, at which point it will be a great path all the way to Kindergarten. Again, I would highly recommend KRK to any baby and toddler’s Mom.

Do not enroll your child here. High employee turn over and very chaotic. The watch me grow app is a great way to watch them abuse your child. They say the use gentle discipline. But not true. They will grab your child by the arm and drag them into "time out" and ignore them for 15 minutes. If you have a picky eater, you'd better back their lunch. They will just let them go hungry all day. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! When my children first enrolled here, things seemed to be good. Then 1 month later my then 3 year old's teacher quit. Well, she ended up with another teacher and shortly thereafter that teacher quit. So, needless to say she ends up with another teacher and she quit. So the turnover rate in Sweet 400 and 450 is very high. the children were never doing any of the things on the weekly curriculum. Also, the director is very unprofessional. When i voiced my concerns to her and the owner, they both failed to listen and was very defensive. I've had multiple conversations with the director and what she said was that "I could take my children elsewhere" and that's exactly what I did. This location brings down the KIDS R KIDS brand and you children will not be TEXAS SCHOOL READY from this place. There were so many things wrong with the facility that I don't have enough space to even continue on. Nevertheless, I enrolled my children to a MUCH BETTER KIDS R KIDS where they are soaring like they were before the went to the Fall Creek Location. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! IT IS ONLY CONVENIENT BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION!!! DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING FOOL YOU!!!!!!!!!!

This place was great at the beginning. My child has been going here for a year. We loved it at first and everyone was very professional until a few months back. Stephanie the front desk receptionist is hella' rude!!!! She doesn't even greet me anymore. And Josh the front desk receptionist is the same way. All he talks about is Beyonce and is damn rude as well. I'm amazed that these two still work here. Also there some really mean kids and when I complain nothing ever gets done. This place is very disappointing. Too expensive as well.
