Never have a problem with the friendliness or the clothes being unclean. My problem that I am having is my order being ready when it should. The first time I used this business the clothes were not there so I had to wait another day. Then now half of my order was missing so I will have to wait another day to pick up. The cleaning is not done on the premises.

We have been doing business with this location for over 10 years, they recently changed management this year and for the first time one of my blouses were missing, I have given them a week to look for it and they haven’t found it nor have they contacted me, Beware They are stealing clothes.

First I took eleven shirts and paid extra to have creases in sleeves.i took a formal dress also to be hemmed. Picked up the shirts. No creases in sleeves had to get refund for overpayment. The formal was to be ready a week later. The hurricane happened the day I was to pick it up. When we got power I went to pick it up. It wasn’t there. They told me two more days. I went to pick it up and still not there. They told me it hasn’t even been hemmed yet. DO NOT USE this cleaners if you are expecting things to be right. Hoping to pick up my dress tomorrow and finding someone to hem before my event. I would give zero stars if I could.

The clothes are perfect, but the service is HORRIBLE. I went to pick up my laundry and the young girl was up charging on a cash transaction. She NEVER greets the customers and always have a piss poor attitude. I wish the owners would sit and watch some days.

First time trying. I had a zipper replaced on some jeans. I was told it would take one week, but it took two weeks. No big deal. I was told it would be $13 and something so I said ok. Then she said no it's actually $19 and something, which I was like that's not what I was told but ok. I gave her my card to pay and she types in $24.80. I asked her why when she just told me $19 something. She said it was for washing them too. I said I didn't ask for them to be washed. I asked for only a zipper, I had washed them. She was like yeah it's too much. I told her this is ridiculous. I could have bought a new pair and I will never come back here.

It is a very good place to wash your clothes, just be patient since it is not easy to remember the clothes of each person who arrives daily. They have the best service in cleaning clothes and they are very careful.

Bad experience here. I dropped off one item on April 22nd for alternatives. The young lady at the front desk stated my item will be ready the next day. I called her and she stated it's not ready yet and we will call you when it's ready. I never heard anything back yet. So I waited and called April 29th (a week). I was still informed by the young lady that my item was still not ready. I called again May 1st. The young lady had an attitude stated they will call me when it's ready. She stated my item was at another store. I asked her what store and she said on Kuykendahl Rd. So I Googled this location and called. I spoke with a lady there who stated she was a manager. I told her what the young lady stated and gave her my invoice number. She told me that my item was at the Humble location and its been ready for a few days now and the young lady needs to look for it. I told her that looks bad on the business for the young lady to have an attitude and keep telling the customers their clothes are not ready.

This is my go-to cleaners. They are just a lovely, warm, and friendly bunch of folks! I've been using them for almost two years. The results have always been fabulous! And their prices can't be beat! Service is fast. And they have great hours. I recommend this cleaners above all the others in this city.

Avoid this place! If you have nice clothes they will destroy them! Damaged 2 of my 3 $300 pair of jeans, stabled tags to the clothes causing there to be holes, they don’t use dry cleaning chemicals, but instead use a little but if chemicals, and some water I know due tk the type of damage on my pants which are not meant to be washed with any water! Don’t come here!

ZERO STARS 0000I have been going here for a few years all was ok until we started rejecting items due to quality of service. A couple of weeks ago i picked up some of my dress slacks. Once i got ready to use them they had been place wrong on the hanger and had wrinkles. When i took then back the lady told us we could take our clothes somewhere else she was not going to redo. She argued having changed the hanging of my slacks because of this and i still complain lmao. Of course i will complain if they get wrinkles i dont pay to be walking around with wrinkles for this I will do it my self.From what I can see Tide dry Cleaners in Kinhwood has had really good reviews. May be a lottle more expensive but will start going here.
