I give this people a 0 starts he almost destroyed my husband truck saying the he know how to work on diesel truck my poor husband was very frostreted because ouster he work on the truck the truck start trowing codes and then we take aging and he can not fixed nothin and charge my 1,200 for tuning my husband missing work and i yes pick up the truck yesterday and today the truck start acting agin so auster charging my husband 3,800 total my poor man when to another mechanic and pay another 700 dollar for teal tuning and the truck run perfect please don't take your cars or trucks to this mechanic chop is something made me mad is thief mechanic im furias knowing the my husband have to spend that much money almost made the truck blow up that could had blow up my husband truck

Took my truck her a 1.5-2 years ago for new gears and a locker. Had to take it back 4-5 times due to vibrations and noise. Left work several times early to drive across town at the time to pick it up when I was told the problem had been fixed. After driving the truck for 5 min every single time I would take it back because the problem was still there. Every single time I took it bad I had one of their technicians ride with me and they even said they could still feel it and something wasn’t right( the owner was rude and acted put off when I had to bring it back in btw). We finally opted to put a different gear set in. 2 years later I’m having another shop replace that gear set as well now. The shop that specializes in gears told me that these weren’t setup right. Insane Offroad may do good with lift kits and accessories, but I would stay away from them for mechanical or driveline issues/upgrades. I’m out thousands having to pay another shop fix the problem and more time off work.
Edit: I did bring it back in for the oil change, and have proof to show it since according to you guys some of your service records got deleted when yall moved.

My sister's jeep had the death wobble like you wouldn't believe, but they fixed it. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to them if I need anything.

These guys were the only ones who could figure out my alignment needs. Brake Check, Express, Pep boys all could not properly align my 35s. I lost $2k worth of Toyos in 6 months due to this issue. Bought new ones and got my alignment done here. My truck has never rolled this smoothly since I switched to aftermarket arms and tires.

This is the second time I’ve used Insane Automotive and they’ve done an excellent job both times. The communication was great, the owner worked with me to customize a plan for my truck, which saved me money in some areas while not jeopardizing quality in others, and it’s overall been a great experience both times.
