Ran out of gas, they answered right away. Sammy came by in his flat bed, took me to the gas station and I was good. I forgot my backpack, and he was cool enough to drop it off back to me. Used there services twice and will call again.

I was at the red light behind a Humble Towing Service truck. Once the light turned green he just set there. I blowed at him to go he just continue to set there. So, I went around him and call to report the vehicle to the company. The guy who took my call was very rude stated that was my problem not there's. He became very disrespectful to me. If they can't take a call and treat the person who can become a customer nicely. Then I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I must say from the main guy on the phone to the driver they were very professional and friendly. The truck showed up quickly and before even towing he tried to help with the issue, once he knew that nothing would work he towed it. I didn’t get the driver name but I have to say he was very nice and professional and helpful. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Got a flat at the airport and had to call the tow service. We had the pleasure of working with Jeff! He arrived so quickly and was very professional. Jeff drove me all the way to Tomball safely and was very cautious and courteous of my vehicle. We had good conversation too!Hopefully I don’t need a towing service again but if I do, I’ll choose this one!

This company has a ‘make it happen’ attitude. I had a difficult tow that three other companies couldn’t do, and these guys said we won’t leave until the job is finished. They did a great job and were professional!

Mike was AMAZING! I experienced my first auto accident as a single young lady and was very frightened and upset. My family was not able to arrive on scene to help. Mike took the time to speak with my father about the condition of my vehicle and was so patient as I calmed down from crying. He helped explain the next steps to me and was very genuine and caring. We need more tow truck drivers like him! Will forever recommend this company and MIKE!!!

The price was reasonable and the office was in immaculate condition. The owner was professional, she came in on Sunday to allow us to pick up our vehicle.

I used Humble Towing today for the second time. Each time, they've been prompt, professional, friendly & courteous. We spoke to Tim on the phone & Justin picked the car up. Very helpful & nice. Will definitely recommend & continue to use Humble towing for all of our towing needs.

Your drivers are @$$holes and drive like them too. Switching lanes without signals, cutting off other drivers, and on their phone while driving. Completely unsafe!!!

Car was broke down in drive way They told me give them about a hour and a half and they be here . drive was here in 20 min. When he arrived was polite and most important Knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do do when he drop off the care. I felt he did a great job

This company has drivers that are extremely reckless when it comes to driving on the road especially all over 59 N. humble area most of the drivers drive, reckless tailgate other civilians on the road flashing their bean lights driving reckless in and out of traffic just to go to a car accident when they are the potential to create a car accident I don't see how this company is in business With all their reckless drivers, you're lucky if you don't get sideswipe by one of their trucks from then swerving in and out of traffic just to go to a car accident
