Definitely had to edit this my people. Don’t go here completely unprofessional and they create death traps. And break stuff on your car for more money.

They gave me 3 different prices & a blank print out with no line items of the work done…these guys seemed to focus on 1 sale not repeated business…if you are looking for fair & honest business I would not recommend to anyone….$400 later not sure if they even used my parts did not give me the old hardware ….very fishy been going here 5 + years…NEW GUYS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY…Tires are good but mechanic work not so sure…BEWARE

Good looking used tire. A bit on the high end prices. Mechanic broke off my lug nut and didn't replace it or didn't offer a discount.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Absolute garbage. A job that was suppose to be $275 ended up costing me close to $800 and the problem was still not fixed. The mechanic and other employer still had the audacity to have an attitude over me being upset of the situation. Trash establishment.

Be aware. They have two new people at the shop that are doing deals differently now. One guy got really nasty with me when I refused to sign a blank receipt for work they did. They didn't put all the work down, and they refused to put the total. When I refused to sign until they fill that out, the English-speaking guy got really nasty with me.I took my car there to get a simple wheel alignment since it was only $55. $438 later, I can tell you that it would have been better taking my car to Firestone and paying $200 for an alignment. The longer the car was there the more "repairs" it needed. The drive belt broke under their care, and they hung that on us. Then, when they were going to replace the drive belt, they said the alternator needed to be replaced. After that the belt tensioner suddenly was broken. The car was running fine before bringing it to them. I just needed the wheel alignment. Then when I asked to put down a partial payment for now until I get the rest (Remember, I wasn't planning on $400+ in charges), they got real nasty and said that they're going to charge $10 every day that the car is there. There is no policy or anything written anywhere that states this.Be careful. Sometimes inexpensive may cost you more.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star really but that the only way I can leave a comment. I went there told the guy I needed my front driver side tire replaced. I stood there 30 minutes. No service then some girl backed it next to me with short shorts on. They skipped me and all of them went straight to her. I got in my truck and left. I wouldn't recommend these thirsty clowns to anyone.

False or shady stuff going on at an auto repair shop? Check out the Texas Attorney General's web page on this where you can also file a complaint:texasattorneygeneral.gov…Last time I use this shop. I have been taking my cars and family's cars here for years and recommending them BUT lately I noticed 2 new people: the mechanic and a chubby salt & pepper-haired guy who speaks some English. My son took his car to this shop for a simple wheel alignment ($55) and $400+ later here we are dealing with them getting nasty with us. It was one repair after another after another for a car that rarely gets on the highway, and my son drives his car to work and back (less than 5 miles a day each way). The endless repairs stopped when I brought my wife who speaks Spanish. Suddenly, the trumped up repairs stopped. Then, when we went to pay for the repairs, they wanted us to sign for the repairs without listing all the repairs and without any total on the receipt. They already charged my son's card at this point. Now they wanted us to sign a blank repair bill with no dollar amounts or total. When I told them we will sign when they fill that in, they got really nasty with us. Also, when I said my son cannot pay the charges all at once now and if he could pay some now and the rest soon, they said they'd charge $10/day for the car being there. Mind you it was them that kept moving forward with repairs. They even purchased the drive belt for the car without our authorization, and the drive belt broke under their care, and they claimed the belt was bad. Then, suddenly the alternator wheel was squeaking under their car. That didn't happen before. The car was not making any squeaking noises whatsoever. My son drives the car very gently. Everyone who knows him knows this. Then, the belt tensioner was suddenly broken. According to them, that's how it already was. How on earth was it already like this and running fine? I grew up working on cars with my dad. I was just under my son's hood not long ago. There was no squeaking, and the belt and none of the pulleys were shaking at all.I'm not sure if the repairs will sustain or if the car will have issues since they were already upset because I don't understand them speaking Spanish, but if something else shady happens, I'll come back and update this review.By the way, I drive a 2011 328i BMW, but everyone assumes that if you drive such a car, you must have a lot of money. Clearly, that's what these guys saw and took advantage of this. Be careful. If you look like you have money, be prepared to be taken for a ride.In the meantime, be careful. You think you're going there for a simple fix, and your car might suddenly catch the everything-is-wrong-with-it sickness.

Went to Humble Tire Center to replace my front brakes since they advertise $40 to change the brake pads which you have to buy yourself at a parts store. When I got there this morning after purchasing the brakes from AutoZone the guy that was going to replace my brakes didn't honor the advertised price of $40!!!! He stated it'll be $50 ? There's only one sign on their business that advertise $40 front & $40 back to replace brakes! Nothing mentioning a higher price for pick-up trucks!!! Wasted my time going over there & won't go back to this business ever again!
