Brought car in for recall issues. Drive out of dealership and hear a grinding noise. One of the fender well covers was rubbing the tire. So I drove it to the dealer no problem. Mysteriously this cover is loose now damaged. Not them. Categorically denied. Wasn't us. So I am to believe that somehow it came loose once I left the dealership. Always something else broken when you bring your car here to have repairs done. But they are the only game in town within a reasonable distance so they don't care. You don't have a choice if you don't want to drive across town.

I had a wonderful experience with Edwin at Humble Hyundai. I had a tough situation with my previous car finally giving up on me after years of service, but Edwin was there to make sure I got the new car I needed and wanted.He walked me through the features of my new 2023 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid and was willing to work with me on terms. He even agreed to make my old car as a trade-in even though it was sitting at another dealership over 200 miles away and gave me everything I asked for it.When it's time to look for a new car, you couldn't ask for a better person to work than Edwin at Humble Hyundai. Also, shout out to Wes in the finance department for being very knowledgeable and making everything super simple.

Edwin was my sales rep. When I first started searching to trade in my car, I went to a different dealership but there was nothing they can do, I was sad and was with a whatever attitude when Edwin texted me. Basically asking if I was still interested, so I explained what the other dealer ship said, He said we have dealt with worst, so I put my trust in him. Did the application online told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. Yeah it’s not push to start like I’m use to but it has all the features I need and it wasn’t a used car it’s brand new. When I received my car it had no tints and Edwin again made that happen not only for me but for my daughter that also bought a car from Hyundai he rocks thanks again.I am blessed with my vehicle. Thank you Hyundai!

I LOVE Humble Hyundai!Edwin is by far one of the best sales reps there. He helped make sure I got into the car I WANTED, not just ‘oh this is what you were approved for, have a car’. The processes were simple, and I was in and out much faster than any new car experience I’ve ever been through. I always recommended Humble Hyundai to my friends, but now I’m also recommending Edwin as well!My new car? A 2023 Kona, and I LOVE IT!

I came to the Humble location because unfortunately my last few interactions at the Service Center in Baytown (which is closer to me) were not so great with whoever was answering the phone. They just didn’t seem very helpful and their tone seemed very unconcerned with my vehicle. Joshua was the first person to take my call at this location and seemed very happy to help. He was also very knowledgeable when answering my questions. My car remained at this location for a few weeks. Throughout the process Joshua was very approachable and communicated with me in a timely manner if I had any questions or concerns. Car was returned just how I left it. Nothing out of place and all intact. Thank you again for all the help and the impressive customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Corrupt service department. They kept my car for a month saying nothing was wrong with it when I kept telling them something was. I finally got it back and I took it to autozone to run a diagnostic and found this issue, a 150 dollar fix- 450 max dealing on where you took the vehicle to be fixed, they kept it another week, all along this whole without a loaner, they finally gave me a loaner but literally had so many restrictions on it, so ridiculous! I have never been treated so poorly but the story continues... literally days after my warranty expires they send me an invoice for 3700 for a new engine! So a month ago you are telling me nothing is wrong and now I need a new engine? Oh and now they just tried charging me 200 for the loaner! Stay away from this service department. Let me add the names of the people in the service department that you need to be aware of, Crystal and Richard, both liars and could care less about customer service.

Kenneth Lopez was very helpful and friendly in helping my husband and I decide between leasing vs buying a Santa Fe for our 16 year old daughter and got us in the monthly payment range we needed without putting more than we needed to down for the down payment. He took the time to explain the differences and pros/cons of buy vs lease. He followed up with me and was available when I needed him. He was able to get us the car we needed for her on a time crunch the weekend before school started for her after having a bad experience at the Northwest Hyundai. We are very happy with our lease of a 2023 Santa Fe and he made the process easy and got us out of there in a timely manner. He has been available since then as well for questions and recently met my daughter when when we went to pick up the license plates and was very good with her too. She told him, "I love my car!".

I had the worst experience here. I'm 8months pregnant and was given a complete run around which was completely overwhelming. I was pre- approved for a vehicle, and was offered a vehicle I did not want. However, it was nice and a very beautiful car, but was told I wouldn't get approve for anything else vehicle ( Mercedes Benz 2018 c with 103k miles.I bought the car Labor Day, and was not able to take it home same day due to the damages on the windshield. so I picked it up next day, with the damages still there. it was supposed to be repairEd already. I was told that a windshield was ordered and to bring the benz back next day to receive a loaner. I had the loaner for a week and was called to return the vehicle because they sold it. Yet my vehicle was damage and they gave it right back to me. The bank that pre-approve called me every single day at least twice a day to confirm my repairs and was told that they were missing documents that were submitted to the dealership. I explained to the bank that the repairs were not made and also submittEd to supporting documentation. I was told that another windshield was ordered and that all the documentation they are asking for was submitted to the dealershup. The dealership explained to me that they assumed the banks didn't need the information they were asking for, so they did not give it to them. A week later, I was told to come back to the dealership to get a loaner, and that my windshield will be repaired on a Monday which was the 19th of September. I came back to the dealership that Saturday morning at 9 AM, no one acknowledge me no one said anything to me I was just sitting there for an hour waiting.When I told the front desk assistant that I was leaving because I have to make it to the airport, she rushed to her phone. By the time I got into my vehicle, the sales guy Edwin Pineda, caught my door before closing it, and told me that he needs the key and that they are taking the car back because they don't know what I told the bank and they denied my pre approval. From the jumpstart of Edwin, being my sales person, he has told me lies and things that didn't make sense. For example, he brought me the OTD price at 20K when the car was listed for 16k and said the banks and credit ppl charges them extra fees to run my information so they have to price it at that. I told him it did not make sense and has nothing to do with the real listing of the vehicle. When I hit my things to leave he comes back with another offer listed at 16k for the same vehicle and says the manager offered to give a discount. LIESAnyways, he took my key as I was sitting in the vehicle And said whatever you told the bank it's basically your fault And that thhey can send me a Uber home. So I called the bank and was told no we did not deny your pre-approval we haven't finalized because of the incomplete repairs and that they were missing documents I resubmitted to the dealership an hour before I called. After Edwin took my keys he disappeared and I didn't hear anything else. I asked for a manager several times, no one came. I left and came back bc I was feeling lightheaded. Asked for a manyagain no one came. Finally Edwin came back 2-3hrs later and said we have 2 options for you, resubmit the application or get a refund. I said it took you 3 hrs to come bs k here and tell me something I told you I wanted to do already. I want my money back. So 20mins later he comes back and says my bank denied my refund, which my bank didn't because I called and they stated there hasnt been no attempt. He then says the are going to write me a check & I can get it Monday. Monday comes no one calls me. I called Tuesday and was told they are unsure of that situation's and to call back when the person arrive. Overall this experience was terrible, I needEd a vehicle before I was to head into labor, now I'm back to car rental's because of the sales unprofessional acts. Not to mention the smartness via text

Looking for a fantastic buying experience? Definitely go to Humble Hyundai and ask for David Gibson! He provided us with all of the info we needed before we test drove the 2024 Hyundai Palisade. Going through the purchase experience with David and finance with Tanner was fast and smooth. The facilities are clean and comfortable. You will be completely satisfied before you leave. One of the Best Car Buying experiences I have had!!

Wow! That is my main word for Humble Hyundai and Chris!! Outstanding customer service! We went in to look - not buy. We were treated as if we were buying including pulling a car from the showroom floor to test drive. Of course we ended up buying! Chris was THE MOST professional salesman we have ever dealt with. The manager was just as great. Thank you!
