I was told the car was new and included lifetime BlueLink. However, I later learned it was a certified loaner vehicle and the BlueLink subscription is only valid for one year. The salesperson didn’t seem to know these details, and I was given incorrect information. The app now shows the service will expire in a year. I’ve tried reaching out for clarification, but I haven’t received a helpful response. On top of that, not all of the items listed on the window sticker are actually included with the car, and they’ve refused to provide everything on the list. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

Marcos H. Pacheco was professional, patient, and genuinely worked to earn my business. He made me very fair offers and kept trying to find solutions instead of applying pressure. He stayed consistent, communicated clearly, and followed through on what he said.
He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and took the time to address concerns along the way. His approach made a real difference in my decision.
While I did not have the best experience with some of the other sales staff at the dealership, Marcos went out of his way to make things right and win back my business — even though those issues were not his fault. If it weren’t for him, I honestly don’t think I would have purchased a vehicle there.
I also want to mention Michael Grubbs, the finance manager. He was very nice and helpful, explained everything clearly, and offered an extended warranty at a very reasonable price. When I declined, there was absolutely no pressure, which I appreciated. I believe the finance manager was fair and honest throughout the process, which is not always the case.
I 100% recommend Marcos H. Pacheco — he absolutely deserves 5 stars. I’m giving 4 stars here because the dealership overall did not earn 5 stars, but if it were just for Marcos, he would get them all.

I do not recommend buying a car here. They do everything for you to buy a vehicle from them, but after you get the vehicle, their service is horrible. They don't answer the phone, they had my daughter's car in service for a week, and didn't do anything to it. She paid for the bumper to bumper warranty, and they do not honor it! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Good luck speaking with anyone on the phone. Now they have some kind of AI person speaking to you, then you ask to speak to a rep and they just place you in a Queue and no one answers

My wife and I purchased our 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at Humble Hyundai dealership. David Gibson and Terican Ellis was excellent in all aspects of process from start to finish in the transaction. This dealership goes above and beyond, every time we are in. No pressure sales, no run around - they just help you find what you can afford, and the process is so smooth. Our salesman, Chris, has been so kind and answered 4725 questions with so much patience. It was a great experience - and I very much appreciated how they respected my time in the processes.

Chris was amazing helping me find my dream car! He was very easy to talk to and listed to all my requirements and found the best deal for the best car! I would definitely recommend and come back to Humble Hyundai and same goes for Chris! He also has been amazing with helping me make sure my car is running perfectly and answering any questions no matter how small I have after purchasing.

Big shout out to Marco for helping me get my car! I had a bad experience with a sales person not wanting to help as much but Marco went out of his way to work with what I had and made sure I drove out with a brand new car out the lot! Would definitely be back to see him!

I've been waiting hours for someone to answer/ return a phone call my vehicle I just purchased from the dealership has engine problems and I need help I would come up there but I don't live close by I would hate to make a trip all the way up there because I can't get someone to answer.

Go ask for Cristobal (Chris)! He helped us get the car we wanted at the price we needed. He is honest and kind and I would buy from him again! I love Hyundai because they have amazing warranty. This is my second Hyundai purchase and will likely buy again when my daughter is ready for a purchase!
