Nothing but good things to say about Oscar. His boss in the pink shirt was great too. They didn't do the usual cardealer tricks to scam you. Great service, patient, informative, honest, and gave us the best deal on a New Tucson. Never got annoyed even though we kept on trying to get a better deal. One thing, though, is that please make sure the floor mats are included. I thought all the new cars had mats included, but I was wrong. So make sure you ask for Oscar when you come here.

Nice place. Very clean. BUT... took car there for a recall 3 months ago. Told me after two hours there that they would have to order the part witch I was told that it was in stock. So I get a phone call three months later to make appointment for the repairs of the recall. So I go to my appointment and sit there again for two hours to be told again they need to order the part. I said that's what yall said three months ago. The person behind the desk said we only hold parts for 30 dsys. My appointment was made three days ago not 30. This is unprofessional for a Dealership. I will be making complaint to FCC and Hyundai Corp. Plus I will be going to a different Dealership. Twice this Dealership dropped the ball.

Tried the Classic bait and switch maneuver on me. Advertised they don’t use deceptive practices, Pricing, when I got to the dealership the car I was interested in was covered in dents hidden from advertising photos, just to get me to show up to the dealership. Crooked price gouging sit down to sign and they want $3,000 to recondition a vehicle with 20k miles, good con artist’s here. Even sent the GM over to try and Shmooze me over. I shut him down pretty quick, complete waste of time. I told them my budget. they kept showing me cars $200 over my monthly. Trying and trying to get me to go drive a new car. Sir I told you 3 times that’s not what I’m here for. I said my budget is $250 a month used $15,000max. He said okay so $300….. Don’t waste your time here. I walked in the deal. Of course they called me 3min after pulling off the lot. Talking about, I CAN GET YOU THAT DEAL. moral of the story I’m young and they tried to pull on over on me. They will take advantage of you here.

Truth be told, I had scheduled an interview here for 11am. The receptionist was a sweetheart so no complaints about her. However, when I had arrived the receptionist informed the manager of my arrival and he said he would be with me shortly. A different manager with a very unprofessional demeanor came and spoke to me and introduced me to the other managers, THEN LEFT ME THERE, where the other managers couldnt seem to care I was there. The one who had scheduled the interview with me was too busy to interview me, I asked him if he was going to formally interview me and he said "oh so and so is gunna do that" BUT WE COULDNT FIND SO AND SO. It became very clear that they did not value my time, I mean I waited for an hour and 45 minutes. With NO formal interview. A man who schedules an interview with a potential sales professional but cant carve 30 minutes out of his schedule is not a company I want to work for. Imagine if I had been trying to actually buy a car. This makes me think they dont keep their word and that they are distrustful. Hopefully they dont treat their clients this way. Worst interview experience I have had as the unprofessionalism spoke volumes to their integrity.

We purchased a certified pre owned Kona from these guys. They worked with us on pricing to fit our budget. Or salesman Oscar Duran surprised our granddaughter with a happy birthday message on the car and a balloon! It made her day very special! We highly recommend Humble Hyundai!

I had a great experience buying a used car and working with Oscar. He was transparent, informative, easy to work with and answered all my questions via text before I even came to the dealership. I felt comfortable knowing exactly what I was buying, and didn’t feel pressured to make the purchase or consider a new or other cars. Oscar made it a fun experience, and the entire team was great and made it very easy. Will be looking at Humble Hyundai again for future vehicles.

Best dealership out of 8 Hyundai dealerships I dealt with this week! They are the winners! David did an amazing job of finding the exact SUV I wanted and ironed out all the details! He even made sure the car was immaculately clean. Finance department did a wonderful job and didn’t try to sell extras I could not afford. Don’t waste your time at other dealerships, just tell them what you want and make the deal! You’re welcome!

Came back to update my review: Chris was so helpful through the whole process and I ended up with a great car. However, now a few months removed from my purchase I am realizing how much I was up-charged for my vehicle as well as how terrible the warranty service package is.

Horrible experience working with Ibra. Wife and I were looking for a new family car and very interested in a specific model. When going through financing the salesman, Ibra, lied to us stating they didn’t take outside financing (red flag #1) due to previous “bad experiences” (red flag #2). Taking him at his word, we’re now stuck with a higher interest than what we were pre approved for, all he had to say was “I gave you a discount and 3 free tanks of gas to make up for it.” So not only did he know he lied, he tried to cover up for it. When I spoke to the manager after the fact regarding Ibra’s behavior, I received the response “I don’t know why other people do business the way they do. Sorry.”
Bottom line: take business elsewhere. Would give zero stars if able to.
