This is my second time renting a storage unit at a facility and I must say that my overall experience here has been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and answers any questions I may have to the best of their knowledge. If you’re in the Humble area or surrounding and need a good place to store your belongings this storage facility won’t let you down.

Before I rented my storage units, I asked the lady on the phone how long it would be before I would receive a price increase. She said several months. I’ve only been there two months and they’ve already increased my rent! At the rate they’re increasing I’ll go broke! I would have stayed at extra space storage where I had a set rate for being a longtime renter but I was looking for ways to save money and saw I Storage down the street. Pricing on line looks good, and they lie to get you in, then stick it to you! Y’all be ware of snakes lest you get bit like I did…

I have been at istorage in humble for 3 years , and watched management come and go I have spent at least 15000 dollars at this facility, this new manager says her name is Leslie has a horrible attitude and gives racial vibes , she shows no professionalism’ and when she’s approached about policy she get really upset don’t rent here cause she’s got a bad attitude and threaten to fine me for using a dumpster on the facility that’s outrageous and then when confronted she told that I can move out if I did not like her policy and they didn’t need my 500 a month.

No stars, The ladies are welcoming until they charge you for items that didn't have on site but was on your reservation. Then when you forget to take items that you paid they charge you for items never removed from the site. When you go to discuss the matter with management, they leave you in the waiting area for the full duration of their lunch break and the worker can't help you, all she can say is I just walked you to your uhaul, and if remember walking me to my uhaul she should remember I had no dolly to put inside when I got in. I requested them to review the video with the screens you can see from the waiting area. Clear view of the dolly area. After waiting for an hour with no answers. I'm posting from the lobby of this location. $113 for a $7 rental item I never used or removed from the property of this Istorage Uhaul rental location here in Humble Tx.
