My physician was compassionate, throughly addressed all my concerns. She is very informative, and comfortable to speak to regarding all my issues. SHE is awesome. She EXCELLS in her profession. A pleasure to meet.

Honestly left today in tears - nurse practioner spent under 10 minutes in the exam room with me, absolutely no empathy or compassion for a difficult situation I'm in, she provided a referral and I get out to the front desk and she says "oh you have champva" then proceeds to call someone else over who states "yeah we push those out" I'm not sure what that means but it sounds like my insurance is a bother to them. I ask if they can help find someone to refer me to that takes my insurance (not because I'm not willing to, it's just an uncommon insurance) and her response was "oh I don't know who works with that insurance, you just need to find someone and let us know who we should change the referral to"
Very frustrating process and then I had to call the office no less than 6 times to get someone to answer my call to change the referral.

On my first visit, the doctor walked in thru the front door of the clinic 40 minutes after my appointment with him. Of course, I didn't know who he was until I was seen by him 15 minutes later and only after I told the front desk I couldn't wait anymore and that I had to leave to return to work. When he finally examined me and reviewed my labs, he was distracted and, in a hurry, and he didn't like me asking questions about medications. So, I gave them a negative survey and on my next visit he was nice and he even answered questions. After that he kinda grew on me. Unfortunately, the front desk lacks a bedside manner, it seems all they care about is securing payment even before you are seen. Kinda rude if you ask me. I quickly noticed it takes them days to respond to messages sent to them via the patient portal. If you try to call them, you cannot reach them directly, instead you get an answering service not located at the clinic and cannot answer any of your questions. That's very frustrating. When you run out of medications and request refills (not controlled substance such as pain killer of course), instead of giving you a full refill in line with your next appointment, they give you a 30-day supply so you have to call again for a refill before your next appointment. That, right there is just wrong. However, the straw that broke the camel's back is that they rescheduled my last appointment to six weeks after my original appointment and didn't even bother to inform me. When I finally got a hold of someone to complain and tried to get seen sooner, all they could offer is a virtual visit for which they charge the same amount as if you were physically at the clinic being seen but instead all you get is a rushed 3 minutes video call where the doctor hasn't even reviewed you lab and they ask you what your numbers are. In conclusion, If you are looking for patient care, this isn't the place for you. If you don't mind being received and managed as a source of revenue then you should be OK. I myself will not be going back. Lastly if you give them a bad Google review and they reply with “contact us at this number or email”, don't waste your time, it is just a ploy to make them look responsive to customer complaints. I did and they gave me the run around and never resolved my issue. Not worth the aggravation, trust me.
