So angry at this place. I filed my taxes and was told that they would mail them for me and send a confirmation receipt. I never received it. I called them 3 times and was told that they would send it all three times and I still have received nothing. They have now closed their office for the season and I have now been calling customer service for help. The first time I called they told me that they would call the ladies that handled my taxes even though they were off and get back with me on a solution. I heard nothing from them. I call again 2 more times and the customer service agents just tell me they will escalate it and some one will call me, but I never receive calls. Today, I finally get a call back, and the lady told me that she doesn't know what she wants me to do and that it is illegal to call the ladies that handled my taxea and that I will not get a confirmation receipt and that it was a curtousey for them to mail it not an obligation. I have no idea if my taxes got filed and this company absolutely doesn't care if they did or not. $400 paid to them for them to give me the worst results I have received when doing taxes by a professional.

I called beforehand to see how much it was to do my taxes, including Uber, they gave me the price of $99 per year. I had an appointment I came to my appointment and when I came, they told me it would be $300 per year. Don’t go here. It’s a Clickbait they tell you one price and then when it comes time to it, they give you another.

Great service and friendly just did not get informed on pricing. I should have ask perhaps it's my fault but it was the most expensive I've ever paid for taxed even with discount.

I had a 6pm appointment and arrived early. I was told that my person was still helping the previous client. As I waited a couple walks in, is helped, and leaves. The previous client leaves. Another person walks in with no appointment and is immediately lead to an cubicle. I left and will not be back! -1UPDATE: I called as suggested in the reply and made an appointment at another location. I received an email confirmation. I called as I'm on my way to find that there was NO APPOINTMENT for me on schedule.

I have been coming to this location since 2007. I didn't set my 2023 appointment with my tax preparer from last year because I had changed employment and was waiting on one of the W2 forms. I'd decided to upload the information that I did have via the H&R Block app. The next thing I know is, I ended up receiving an email thanking me for dropping off my documents and that my tax refund is being prepared.I called the Humble location and spoke with my last year tax preparer who stated that she went into the system to start the process, and when I was ready, I can come in to complete the rest. I informed her that I didn't plan on filling in the Humble office this year, I wanted to go to a location closer to where I live.She told me to calm down and that she will be backing out of the system. The reason why I was upset is because she didn't give me the option, she only wanted to make sure to get credit for preparing those taxes.Red Flag!! Just because a tax preparer has the ability to access our documents does not give them the right to access that information without permission. I will never come back to this location again.
