I won’t be coming back. The only one that knows anything about the flowers and plants is the manager and he acted like he didn’t want to be bothered. Customer service is dead here. The only one I’ll give a shout out to is the young man from Virginia…he was friendly and at least tried to assist.

This garden center never answers the phone. Not helpful. Shop here only if you know what you're looking for and know your way around the garden.

We purchased a xmas tree sat Nov 25, 2023. We are taking it down Jan 20,2024 it is still green. It is the best xmas tree we have ever hadThank you Houston Garden Center..

Came here to look for a specific product and asked this gentleman here in the photo for help. He walked around for about two minutes without saying a word as I followed him looking as well. After walking around he went back to his default work position (on his phone as seen in the photo). His female colleague was right behind him in this picture doing the same thing… not a single word was said to me for the whole encounter. I can’t believe this experience, absolutely would not recommend this place even if they had free products to give away. Unbelievable.
