Terrible experience because of this guy. He kept throwing everything around, being extremely rough, laughing making jokes. I asked the tech next to us if he was mad and he replied “yes.” When I asked him if he was ok he said “he was tired.” I continued to express that I felt the same way and that’s the reason why I was here to relax, but he was making really hard for me to do so. I got up before he could even finish. I had soap residue all behind my legs. I really hate being a karen, so I still offered to pay for at least my shellac. PLEASE AVOID THIS TECH! When asked to speak to the owner they said he wasn’t here and he won’t be here. This person is a very bad person representing your business sir….

I've been here a few times before. However, this time. I had a gel manicure & pedicure. The pedicure was soooo relaxing, but the manicure was disappointing. While the nail tek was polite and amusing, the polish stayed on for less than 4 days and chipped in the whole nail
Unfortunately, I had no time to return and have this fixed, but this may change my mind for future visits.
Sorry guys, this was not your best.
