I've never had to deal with such incompetence prior to dealing with this company. The worst part is that some of the employees seem to care and want things to run smoothly but that does not translate to all areas of the company.

They’re great at answering the phone and returning calls if you want something, but if you have any questions they don’t answer and either does Adam who left me his number and doesn’t return my phone calls ever they have terrible reviews and now I’m leaving mine

I've had 2 service calls and each time both the tech and customer service went above and beyond to help me. Definitely recommend! Thanks richard
