I wrote the email below to their manager. Archie called me the next day and his response was unhelpful. He said he read my email and then proceeded to ask me “what the issue was?”Since I listed every single issue as well as my proposed solution in the email that he stated he read, I found his communication to be a bit unprofessional.Despite my verifiable complaints, he stated that they don’t “refund monthly passes”. If you offer a product or service and your product/service does not uphold to the standards you promised, you refund, replace or offer a reasonable alternative. Doesn’t matter if it’s a pair of shoes or a gym membership.Please contact your bank if you have issues with this gym as I did.“When I went to sign up, I told your associate that I was only in town for a few months and she proceeded to sign me up for a one year membership.I got all the way to the end of the contract on the iPad and realized that I was about to put my signature on a one year membership.When I informed her once again that I needed a “short term membership” for a few months, she shrugged and didn’t know what to offer and told me that I could just pay $150 to cancel, to which I refused.Another associate standing nearby chimed in and told me that I could buy a one month membership for $54.I have visited the gym about a half dozen times in the last two weeks and every time I visited I have had issues. While the gym is kept clean and organized, there are a number of compounding issues that chip away at the overall experience.For one I have never been able to connect to the Wi-Fi in six visits. Your gym is a dead zone for my phone. The moment I walk outside I have service. The moment I walk inside I have no service and no ability to connect to Wi-Fi.Too many machines have “out of order“ signs or the little plastic pegs are missing or stuck. Some of the machines have kgs. I can’t even use google to convert kgs to lbs because, once again, the wifi does not work.I’ve spoken with the front desk associates about the issues and while they commiserated with me, there was nothing they could do to resolve the issues. All I get is “we are looking into better wifi” or “the machines will be fixed on the next couple weeks”.I got so frustrated tonight that I just walked out after 15 minutes because I could not get any sort of phone service or Wi-Fi and some of the machines that I wanted to use were out of order.”

Best gym i have been too! The staff is great and the environment is always clean. They leave nice post it notes with encouraging messages in the lady's room. They have so many classes and a children's daycare for the kids!!

I have been coming here for a week and I love it. The best part is that they have a playground for kids so while I work out they get to play. Love the boot camp class.
