Been staying with The Garden Inn on Bissonet &South Course in Houston, water was turned off unable to flush toilet, sahs hands or bathe...room service had been horrendous waiting for too be cleaned
Safety: Door jams have deficiency gaps between door and floor air in and out trashing the room, safety issues need to be resolved.

I was going to stay here for about 4 days but for a nightly rate of 75$ I'm just going to go to a more known hotel. Not sure if the rate is the same for everyone or he just took a look at me and made something up. He asked how many people (as if that matters) were with me, I said just me. Never the less, I am taking my business elsewhere.

This rating is based solely on the customer service and business operations. I contacted the Garden Inn Express to request an itemized receipt for the stay of one of my organization's employees. The man who answered the phone did so with a "Yeah". He was rude and told me to bother someone else with my questions, then hung up on me before I could ask to be transferred to the Accounting department.If you are a visitor who needs itemized receipts to provide as support for you business trips, do not stay at this hotel as it is unable to produce the receipts.

Very comfortable bed and the room was clean, spacious with led tv with Netflix ! I got to watch my own shows. The Staff is friendly and the hotel is located close to IAH airport and Golf Club of Houston. I will be back !
