I have been going to gamestop for years but they have changed for the worse. I pre ordered Tears of the Kingdom and was assurred multiple times that as long as I pre ordered I would receive the wooden plaque. I picked up the game and was given the unfortunate news that they were out of the pre order bonuses even though I was told multiple times they would have enough for everyone who pre ordered. I called the customer support line concerning the issue and they told me there was nothing they could do. I'll never pre order from gamestop again and IF I can avoid buying from them entirely from now on I will. Customer loyalty and honoring what they say/advertise mean nothing to them anymore. 5/12/2023

Employee Lexi was very helpful and made the visit a great experience! Wish they still conducted surveys to know how employees do.

I would not recommend this business if you're looking to trade in your devices. I went in there and they tried to tell me my V2 switch with all its wires, controllers a game and another set of joy cons for 77$ in cash or 117$ store credit, saying that it was warped. It was absolutely not in that condition, mind you we've tried to trade in our old lites at this location and they low balled us again that time too and told us no one would take it for more. Nevertheless, we decided to go to another game stop. They gave us 130$ cash. Never wasting my time there again.

Christian totally messed up my experience there I pre ordered cod mw2 and they didn't give me any merch or the game because they had to verify my receipt even though I had payed everything off and my ID to prove who I was terrible customer service go somewhere else

Great Place the Gentleman that helped me was cool and Nice I had to wait like 20 mins to sell my Xbox one X but definitely will be back I always shop here for digital games and controllers and etc

Always have love this store, I've known their manager for years from different locations, he the best ever, not to be rude but, I recently had some encounters with a lady there with red hair, kinda slender, and my last two visits didn't seem so pleasing as it usually is, I'm starting not to feel comfortable coming to this location, and one morning she was super moody with me, not good customer service, I've been a game stop customer over a decade or more, I don't appreciate that cause I'm not a mean person, and I definitely don't deserve that treatment
