they said they had the part that i needed. i asked can i do it now, they said bring it. they had a prt that would work but not the part they said they had. i had trouble getting my phone back. Never again.

Brought my phone in because it would not turn on. He did a diagnostic and a hard reset, now it’s back to normal. Definitely will be going back in the future.

Phone was completely blacked out!! the beautiful lady took my phone explained the problem then she did just a couple of things and my phone was working again! I’ve spent 100’s of dollars and have been without my phone for repairs in the past for the exact same thing that happened today- and she had me out in less than 5 MINUTES!!WOW!!! She is the GOAT IN PHONE REPAIR!!????❣️❣️?Thank you so so much GADGET MD PHONE AND TABLET REPAIR!!❣️

I paid $37 for a diagnostic on my phone, next day he called me and said he will call me the next day . Next day comes and he does not call me the whole day then the following day I called him, and he asked for my name I told him, he said can he put me on hold I said sure . 10 minutes later of being on hold I hearon the phone order food "can I have 2 enchiladas" . I hung up call back and he said he forgot he had me on hold.

I had a pretty horrible experience with this place. I took my daughters phone in on 7/18/22 to have the screen protector removed. I had trouble removing it and was told this place could help. When I arrived Francine was there and took the phone to work on. In trying to remove the screen protector she completely removed the screen! After completely removing the screen thereby essentially breaking the phone, she wanted to charge me $65 to repair it. She then realized she didnt have the parts to repair the phone and sent me to a different repair store. Not once did she acknowledge she broke my phone nor did she offer to pay to fix it. I guess calling and finding another store for me to take the phone to was restitution in her mind. This service was horrific and I am surprised a place like this would break something and just send the customer on their way.

Bad business they fix my screen & same day my screen started showing pink rainbow colors from company deflects, i took my iphone to another repair shop to get it fix and to see what was the issue, they told me it was the shop I went to. did " did something wrong " , I went back to Gadget Md & he refused to fix the problem, the guy have very bad customer service, I. suggest dont go there .

Customer service was great, the rep was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind.There was a 45 dollar diagnostic fee, however since the phone was not repairable she waived the fee! Great people I will definitely be back.

I've brought 2 devices to Gadget MD - an iPhone XR and iPad 6th generation - and both repairs were excellent. Really knowledgeable staff; they figured out what was wrong within an hour and turned the repairs around super quickly. My devices are now good as new. They even gave me a discount on the iPad repair for being a return customer. And the lady who owns the Fall Creek store is a total gem! She's really nice and professional.

I came in Gadget MD to get a iPhone 11 screen fixed and was greeted by a fantastic woman named Francine. She is very knowledgeable about the products she sells and is very respectable. She had me in and out in no time. She truly is about her customers and helping people. I guarantee if I would have met her in the streets she would have gave me the shirt off her back to help me out.Francine, again thank you for being so kind to me. God bless you.

If you need any phone repair or service this is the place. They are customer friendly and helpful. Also the are priced fairly. My husband has used them several times.
