Frost bank has grown a lot recently in the Houston area. The problem is most of the branches in Houston are lobby only. Due to Corona they have had all of their lobby's closed for months now. This has forced me to drive 45 mins to the other side of town in order to make necessary business deposits. Fortunately for me I only have to deal with it once a month and I don't have my personal checking through them... I can't imagine how frustrating it is for their regular customers to not have a lobby open near them. There are plenty of other banks that still offer some lobby services and have social distancing and mask guidelines to follow. Frost should be doing the same thing.
