If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, can't update anything online or by phone. It's just a hassle for all the money you pay these folks for some just in case stuff. Never again

Had an amazing experience helping my friend Emmanuel Tchamassi, get new car insurance @ Fred Loya @ their 9941 FM 1960 Humble office today. Abraham the representative, was exceptional in every sense of the word. This young man was super well informed, knowledgeable, welcoming, kind, patient and stayed well beyond closing, to make sure my friend had his insurance today. This is exemplary customer service. Abraham is a huge asset to your company, and deserving of much praise, and a raise. Bravo Fred Loya Insurance, for having such an exceptional employee in Abraham. This office is so busy they have 5 desk but only one agent this is crazy . Also even you are there present they prioritize phone calls ahead of you . ***This place needs a good manager ***

They put pure lies in their advertisements. I have Ollstate insurance and I called Fred Loya. According to him, his policy is very cheap. It turns out that they charge more than Ollstate.
