Went to this store right before Christmas and as busy as they were, they greeted everyone with a smile and they had what I needed for my son. Great store.

I was there for 30 whole minutes and not one person asked to help. I had to ask for a try on sock and then the guy forgot to get it, so I went and got one from the front desk. Then I’m trying to ask for a shoe size and the girl goes back and comes back to ask me for the shoe size again after I just told her. I wait another 10-15 min and she comes back saying someone else has the shoe which means either it’s laying around in the store somewhere or someone went home with ONE shoe in the box. Ridiculous

Not to be confused with Food Action, and I'm quite Humble when it comes to sharing my food favourites... oh wait, nah. So I used to have a working Deer. Fully functional. But my Deerbroke, and now I'm stuck at Deerbroke Mall. The Deerbrook Mall on 69 is kind of run-down and a little bit annoying to access. It has some cheap stores inside, but some of the cheap shoe stores have closed down. This one is Foot Action. Barbie's opinion of Foot Action is there isn't really much going on here, unless it's her foot action we're talking about. She didn't really find any shoes that she liked but we were more looking for stuff for me and they didn't have any cheap Asics or anything like that, which is my brand. But it still has some good deals which is good, because it's kind of a lower-income mall crowd at this location. I'm going to stop talking now.

This is a great footaction! Very nice and helpful workers. They found what I needed but I didn't end up ordering. Rick and Rob were very welcoming and ready to help

Horrible customer service! Went to return some Yeezys that I ordered online and I was told by the manager “Lola†that they couldn't accept my return because they don't sell Yeezys! According to their return policy it states that you are able to make a return at ANY Footaction as long as you have your receipt. And the funny thing was that just a week before my Aunt returned some Yeezys there with no issues!! Never again will I purchase anything from Footaction!!
