The fact that after covid they cut there customer service hrs. from 24x7 to 10a-6p or so. And Sundays closed. We'll when your money is taken from tour account or your card is blocked and its all their fault yet you have to go most of the weekend before you can get someone to help.

Not Convenient at all. The only drive thru opens at 10am and IS NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY as advertised. Hard to get a loan or line of credit. I had to open an account at another institution to get a line of credit.

Horrible service and very inconvenient. Every single time! Worst bank to use. Will be calling corporate. If the drive thru closes at 7pm. Then there needs to be an employee there until 7 or change your business hours!!

Yesterday, my brother-in-law passed away from a battle of MS for 23 years my wife and I went to capital one location to withdraw a small amount of money, after being asked for a form of ID I gave them my drivers license and my capital one card with the account number on it, so the teller continue to ask for more ID all I had was another credit card from another bank facility, which is not a form of ID and it’s a credit card ? they tell her gave me back my ID and card and refused to service Us not sure what just happened as me and my wife were obviously in grieving process standing there at bewildered ? at this young lady? She proceeded to go to the managers office, leaving the teller window and goes to get the manager. The manager came out as I was yelling can I get some help over here? I’d like to make a withdrawal. No one else was behind the windows in the lobby. The manager asked the lady to call the police and this escalated into something that I’ve never seen before in my life not sure if it was racially motivated because me and my wife are a mix couple, but there’s something to obviously learn here. We have been a customer of capital one since 2019 since the location at West Lake, Houston and all the way further all 1960 by Townson, and then this manner of custom relationships that they lack of, I believe it starts from the top of management and ends with management! I pray that no one else will have to deal with the unprofessional way of Capital one‘s performance and management! The bank at 9475, FM, 1960 Bypass Rd. humble TX 77338 branch managers name is Hope Lavallies Kroger’s first convenience bank has been our primary bank for several years they are always professional, always courteous, and always willing to take care of me and my wife and my family’s needs. They are a very personal bank compared to the snooty bank at capital one I am not sure if anyone else is had a bad experience with this bank or this is just an isolated issue with my wife and I? Or just plum unprofessionalism. We have never been treated this way anywhere or any establishment in our lives. My wife and I are not without fault. We are human and fall short of the glory of God daily . I believe no matter what the case or circumstances that we go through in life no one should treating you with the lack of respect in a professional establishment. Please be aware of where you bank if they’re not treating you professionally they do not deserve to have your money or your time! We pray that the bank manager and teller that refused to help us find the Lord we forgive them, just as our Lord is forgiving us! And by the way there’s two sides to every story, they never asked OURS ? It’s no wonder this is a one star bank. It starts with management. I expect the manager to write personally a letter to and apologize to my wife for her, teaching, the tellers how to be unprofessional ! Remember, it starts from the top might be time for a new manager.

Why isn't your drive thru open on Sunday like it says. My debit card chip is damaged, and I needto pay rent. How in Tarnation do I do this? I don't appreciate false information given, because I showed up in Humble drive thru, and nobody was there.I may just move my account, if.you don't shape up

I've put off leaving a review for this bank for some time now, hoping I'll have better service the next time I go. After having joined my husband's account over a year ago, it hasn't gotten any better.Idk who is to blame, whether it's management not having enough people working on a certain shift or just plain bad customer service. Regardless of whether I go inside or drive thru (lately it's been drive thru due) the wait times are ridiculous! The worse is not even the wait, we are human and I understand businesses get busy, however it's the lack of communication. On multiple visits I've had to press the "call" button 2 to 3 times (in a span of +-10 mins) before I get any sort of response, only to be told the same thing all the time, "that they have a line inside and it'll be a wait". So I have to wait for them to acknowledge that I'm there and then wait for them to actually help w/my transactions.On top of this, their app is the worst to try to deposit checks. Each check I've ever attempted to deposit is rejected each time due to "blurriness/lighting", which is due to the quality of their app; it doesn't have a flash option and is very unstable when taking pictures. So this leaves me no option but to have to go to the bank and do my deposits/check cashing there.I've personally banked with of BoA for 13 years and have never had any issues like this. I'm able to do all my banking on their atms or mobile app w/no issues. As much as we've tried to avoid this, we will probably have to just close this account and stay with BoA as there are just too many inconveniences here.

Absolutely the best banking experience ever! Magda was an Angel. I came in with change and she took time to help me roll most of it so I could make a much needed deposit!!!
